What does the FFP mean!

FFP is Amazon's Frustration Free Packaging, which is a brown box, not like what you'd see on a store shelf. The product inside is the same and everything is included that would be in the original manufacturer's packaging. In addition to being easy to open, frustration-free packaging uses way less packing materials.

What's the difference between the German one and the other one

It is a learning tool for small children. It makes statements/phases to the child. The one we purchased for the 1 year old GK was in English, thus I assume the German edition uses German phases. Wish i could be more helpful.
