Reliable, Easy to Use, and Great Results!
I’ve now hatched 3 batches of chicks with this incubator, and I’m beyond impressed! My hatch rate for the first two rounds was 100%, and the third time I hatched 9 out of 12 — still fantastic results. It holds temperature and humidity perfectly every time. It’s super easy to use! I did try the built-in light and it worked okay, but I ended up buying a separate candling flashlight for better visibility. It’s the perfect size for the small batches I like to hatch as a newbie. Now I’m already planning to get a second one for next season. 🤣 10/10 — totally worth the money! This incubator has held up beautifully, and I’ve got some pretty amazing birds to show for it.

Good product make sure you use 1 water for the first days until hatching
Amazing upgrade from the last one I have quality is amazing works good no noise really so super quiet I love this thing. Can put just abt anywhere so it very versatile one thing I don’t like is that you can’t put both water things in for the first 20 something days make sure you read that good value for the money. Other than that nothing is bad about it super good product.

Incubator fine, humidity can be difficult to control
Incubator worked fine but the humidity was a bit difficult to control. Was a learning process to get it right. Chicks seemed crowded in there when they hatched. Cover should be a bit taller for the chicks

Nice buy, love it!
I bought 3 incubators. This is by far the easiest one to use. It’s simple. It even comes with a calendar tracker and easy to read instructions. Other incubators seem to have instructions that are not written with someone with English as their first language. It’s small and easy to assemble and disassemble. It’s sturdy and is of great quality. I was able to hatch 6 chicks with this one and about to do 6 more chicks.

Size matters
This is a pretty good unit, it has worked great for me, my only regret is not going larger that's my own fault though, if you load it to capacity and have more than 2 eggs hatch at once it can get crowded fast so have a second incubator box with proper humidity and temperature to move chicks to until they dry off and are ready for the brooder with heat lamp

Did not work for our chicken eggs.
I am very disappointed. Unfortunately we are not looking good after 21 days. It seems to be working-ish. The things I do not like once you remove the turntable egg holder it’s very easy to set the top down and have the egg roll over and get broken. That did happen to me. It must have gotten too hot as the one that broke was under developed. It was not going to hatch either way. One chick cracked the shell and has not changed at all in over 12 hours. I’m losing hope. The candle light I couldn’t get it to work at all. As in I couldn’t see the inside if the egg. It turns on but that’s all. I would not buy this ever again and I doubt I can return it. My heart is broken.

Simple, Affordable Incubatorb 🥚🐣🐥
First time Hatcher. Simple, easy to use and comes with a little hatching calendar and gestation graph and images. I don't have anything to compare this to but so far we have hatched 5 of the 7 who made past the first couple weeks. Great price for beginners or school project purchase.

Works but ... If you can , just upgrade to something better now lol
For a non detailed person, this isn't the right one for you. It works and I have hatched but, here are the issues.. 1. The very worse part for me is the lid. Lid is difficult to get on perfect, because of the wobbly plastic flexes and doesn't sit right into the base. You have to fiddle with it. Once it does get one right, that sucker is like vaccum sealed (which is a problem when you need to get a chicken out without disturbing the rest). It's a two person job of you want to maintain humidity by one person managing the lid, the other doing what needs done inside .. (although my husband gave up and I had to put the lid on). Taking the lid off and hoping the bird doesn't bolt right off the edge is also a real risk. Also, eggs can also roll right out if slightly bumped while lid is off. This doesn't happen with those square incubators (wihch I will definitely invest in now). I ended up 3D printing a circle the same size at the round turner and replaced the egg turner with that during the lockdown phase. It kept the eggs from rolling out, and actually gave the quail some boundary. I think I might make the 3d printed circle much taller so that no chicks get even close to the edgen (& keeps eggs in) 2. The floor grate holes, I personally think too big for quail. And there are gaps along all the edges. Our of nessesity I ended up cutting my mesh screen from my dehydrator to fit on top the mesh floor. I've read people use those squishy breathable mat things for the kitchen (which would work great too). 3. Unplugging / Electricity. I had to move the incubator twice (due to my crappy planning) and it doesn't remember (or even have) a cycle. But upon any restart it will turn the egg turner full circle a few times... So be SURE you dont have eggs in it when it does it or at least not on lockdown! Also. The egg turner is loudddd it sounds like a boiling pot of water on steroids. It doesn't just slightly turn ... it rolls those bad boys like a feverish stoner rolling a joint, a bit hardcore. Seems rough especially for quail. 4. Humidity control. You 'kinda' have control. And by that I mean you add water to the reservoir by 1 or 2 bottles (mine did not ever leak). More water more humidity, science ... During lockdown I needed more and already had both bottles in. So, I squeezed the bottles a little giving it more water and thank goodness it worked and the humidity increased perfectly. But, you need to keep an eye on it if you want it a specific percentage. You will need to refill, so you can't just leave it the entire time. Which is fine because I worry and check on it a lot. Bad if you want to go on vacation for two weeks. 5. Candle didn't work for me, could have been eggs at the last stages maybe, I took a candle about 13 days in. Although that sucker is super bright so you'd think it would work. 6. I fit 6 quail and 6 chicken eggs at once. Yes I know, I did plan accordingly and next time I won't. It did work out fine. I bet you could fit 2 dozen quail eggs but not sure you'd really want to have that many crammed in one area upon hatching. The quail were moving fast and furious so I removed him/her about 3-4hours after hatch. I could have left it but didn't really trust it with the obstacles in there... Plus no others were hatching (yet). It was pecking and seemed extremely healthy. Do not lift he lid if you have pipped eggs especially if other are mid hatch. You need that humidity so you don't shrink wrap your unhatched. I didn't need the styrofoam (in winter I maybe would) I just kept it in a constant temp in the house, nothing special and the temp remained at 100° . I'm glad I read the reviews because many people threw it away & the directions say to keep it. The good: I feel the humidity does regulate fairly quickly after removing and putting the lid back on. It's small and compact. You can see inside from above and sides. The price wasn't crazy ... But now I wish would have spent the extra to get one of those square ones... But. I guess it's a good backup. You get what you pay for - it'll work, no doubt, you just have to know it's quirks & have a lil patience. I will be investing in a better one but will continue using this until then.
