Slow and unresponsive
Bought this as a gift for my son, the laptop was very slow and unresponsive and is getting returned as unfit for purpose. Whilst typing using the the keyboard the laptop was not able to keep up with my son. The mouse pad was very sluggish and not working very quickly or effectively. The laptop also did not respond very quickly with general use. Getting returned as the product is not fit for purpose.

Can't contact seller
Got this to use for work but the battery home to lasts about 4 hours and all I've used so far is Microsoft word Its a great looking device but a sex toy lasts longer which is very disappointing
