Received my building kit and your packaging really sucks. Cant yyou packaging pieces in separately like lego does?

sorry we do everything by hand, LEGO® has state of the art factories that automatically bags and sorts. We recommend spreading the piece out in an empty bin or on top a clean table.

Missing a peice . your packaging really sucks. you put everything in one bag . cant you package like lego does. will never order from you again

Greetings, Sorry to hear you're missing a piece, please use the contact info on the instructions to order a missing piece. This is a hand sorted custom set, not a factory item.
