I bought this to replace a first-generation robot vacuum that had finally reached the end of its life, and the improvement in technology over the last decade is really obvious. My old vacuum used to just wander around randomly, changing direction when it bumped into things. By contrast, I was very impressed when I first switched this one on—it carried out a full survey of the flat and then created a cleaning plan, which was sent to the app so I could see exactly what it was doing. Since then, I’ve used it mainly in vacuum mode and it’s been excellent. It cleans very methodically, gets into corners well, and doesn’t seem to miss areas—even in my flat, which is a bit irregular and cluttered in places. Another big improvement is how quiet it is compared to my old one. I can have it running while I’m at home and still hold a conversation or watch TV without really noticing it. I also really like the self-emptying feature. It returns to the docking station and empties into a bag, which doesn’t need changing very often. That makes it much more convenient and far less hands-on than my previous robot vacuum. The app was straightforward to set up, and one of the best features for me is being able to start it remotely. With my old one, I often forgot to turn it on before leaving the house, whereas now I can just activate it when I’m out. The mopping function has also been very effective. I’ve been using a diluted cleaning solution designed for robot vacuums, and because the floors are now being cleaned regularly, they’re looking much better. Even some older, stubborn marks in areas where I prepare food are starting to fade. Overall, for the money, I think this represents excellent value. I’m very pleased with it so far and genuinely can’t think of any negatives. Hopefully, it proves to be as durable as my previous one.

It’s made a huge difference to our household! With a messy 2-year-old, a 6-year-old, and a long-haired cat, I’m amazed at how much cleaner my floors are. I love being able to go to bed and wake up to freshly vacuumed and mopped floors. I have tiled and wooden flooring throughout my downstairs, and it works brilliantly on both surfaces. I’ve had it for nearly two weeks now, and it’s been doing a fantastic job with both the vacuuming and mopping functions. The only thing to keep in mind is that you need to make sure there’s nothing left lying around, as it can get stuck. The app is really helpful too, sending notifications if the robot gets caught on anything. It’s definitely encouraged me to keep the house tidier and has helped me get into a better routine. Overall, I think it’s excellent value for money, and I’d highly recommend it!

We’ve actually been really impressed with this robot vacuum and it has exceeded our expectations! And it is now fondly known as Victor Von Vacuum 🤣 We have only used the vacuum setting so far and it has been very good at picking up dirt, dust and pet hair. We have a Labrador that sheds heavily and the vacuum has no problem picking this up. It’s very good at differentiating between hard floor and rugs, automatically adjusting the way it cleans to the floor type. It also has no problems getting over higher door thresholds which was one of the concerns that I had when deciding whether to purchase. The initial set up with the app and mapping of the rooms was quick and very straight forward. The mapping is very accurate with the robot only having the odd ‘bump’; when I say bump, it’s so gentle that it won’t damage furniture or the vacuum. The noise is less than a conventional vacuum when it is cleaning. It is noisier when it is emptying itself in the docking station but this is only for about 10 seconds. I really like the amount of cleaning options that are available on the app, that you can select certain rooms to be cleaned and the scheduling as well. There are also options of how often you would like the vacuum to self empty and an option to instruct the vacuum to self empty during the clean. The only feature which it doesn’t have (or not that we have been able to identify anyway) is automatically self emptying if the dust collection box on the vacuum itself becomes too full. If you have big rooms or the dog is going through a coat blowout, it’s probably worth either scheduling to clean one room at a time so it empties more often, or manually start the cleaning. On our first run, it didn’t empty itself properly as it became too full. Overall, very pleased we made the investment and it is already making a huge difference in saving us time keep the floors clean!

We purchased this vacuum as it’s the time of year when our cat starts malting. I must admit I was sceptical about purchasing a robotic hoover but I’m delighted I took the plunge. Our cat stays indoors and uses a litter tray which we do find bits that have dropped from his paws dotted around the house. The vacuum picks this up effortlessly. We’ve found it to be reasonably quiet and has only got stuck 3 times since we purchased. The MONSGA looks modern and the empty box with the Hoover bag is small and compact takes up very little space. I purchased this when it was on offer and I feel satisfied I paid a reasonable price. The self emptying is a bonus as I’m sensitive to hoover dust so this is a safe way to dispose of the dirt collected from the carpets/flooring. I haven’t used the mop yet as I wanted to see how it performed as a vacuum first. In conclusion my carpets are lovely and clean, it’s easy to set up and map out all areas before use. The most difficult decision I have to admit is naming it!

This little guy is quite excellent. It was easy to set up the mapping for our ground floor and it sucks up everything. The battery lasts to complete our whole downstairs. It senses all obstacles with no problem. I waited until the priced dropped and got what I think is a great bargain. It lost a star because the mopping function is mostly for show as it just drags a wet cloth behind it! A good purchase none-the-less.

First time buyer, this has been a godsend and really does keep the place clean during busy working week. You control with the remote or through the app. The app is easy to use it scans the areas and you control where you want it to clean, it even tells you when it’s time to replace parts, I have this scheduled to clean once in the morning once everyone has left school/work and again in the evening. Meaning I only need to get the big hoover out when doing a deep clean (we have heavy traffic downstairs including a dog) at weekends I give it a little break but so nice to be able to come home and all I have to do is sort dinner and chill out in the evening! It has a mop function but in all honestly don’t use this as much - it’s trial and error as to which setting to use as you have to be careful it doesn’t soak the laminate floor too much but great if you have spilt something and just want to clean the area up!

Great vacuum gets used nearly every day picks up dog hair does a great job wished I had purchased it earlier gets more use than my Dyson bought in January still very happy with the results saves me time clean and tidy for when I get home plus dog likes it and is very chilled around it but would attack my Dyson which he dislikes

cant believe the reviews for this. load of rubbish in my view. it was returned straight away. mapping was non existant (nothing like the capability of devices that my friends have). it could not find home and would not start per programmed schedule as when it was finished charging it just powered off. I had to press the power button to get it back on (totally defeating the purpose). hoover suction power seemed ok but mop was not good.

I’ve been using the MONSGA MS1 MAX for a few weeks now and it’s made a big difference in how clean my place feels. The suction is very strong and it easily picks up human hair, crumbs and fine dust. The mopping function also does a good job and leaves the floors looking fresh & shiny. My favorite feature is how smart the mapping system is. The robot scans and remembers the layout of my home, and it actually cleans every corner without missing spots. My previous vacuum didn’t have this feature, so it would often wander around randomly and miss whole areas. It was honestly embarrassing to watch it struggle to find its way back to the dock. The MS1 MAX, on the other hand, moves with purpose, finishes cleaning properly and returns to its base like it knows exactly where it’s going. It’s such a big improvement. The self-emptying base is another thing I really like. I don’t have to empty the bin every time, which saves time and effort. The app is easy to use, and I can schedule cleaning or send it to specific rooms whenever I want. It’s also pretty quiet, which makes it great to run while I’m working or relaxing. I think in this price range, there are very few LIDAR mapping feature loaded vaccums. I’ve only used it once but it’s incredibly impressive! The app is very easy to use and it comes with a free 2 year warranty! The vacuum works very well and it was on standard suction. We haven’t used the mop yet though! So far, I’m happy!
