Awesome creatine
Best creatine I've had so far. It dissolves well into water and is barely noticable. The nsf certification seals the deal for me.

Poor mix ability
I like BPN protein and have a generally favorable view of BPN. I’ve used this creatine for almost a year now and have decided to try something else. The creatine is flavorless and easy on the stomach but it does not mix well. Texture wise is like drinking fine sand that settles on the bottom of my shaker or glass. I would still recommend it since I believe that it’s pure without any additives but better options are out there.
