It's rare that I go out of my to log in and dig up a past purchase to leave a review, but I do want to give this high marks. I have another Yealink product (a USB connected desktop hub) and I honestly love this thing way more. It has no business sounding as good as it does (a surprising amount of bass) and I'm told that the noise rejection on the mic works pretty well, maybe almost too good. If I mumble to myself while on a call, my voice will usually cut in and out, or so I'm told. The battery life is impressive, and the magnetic charging point in the top of the case holds it upright so it's easy to pick up and go. Also being able to connect to both my laptop and my phone simultaneously makes working from home way easier. Now I just tend to wake up and put it on and wear it for the entire work day because you kind of forget that you're wearing it after awhile anyway. Also I forgot about the mute button on it which is a life saver. The mute synchronizes perfectly well with Teams and also controls the mute on my phone during calls. I even get a "muted" audible reminder when I talk while it's muted. Also I just found out about the volume dial on the side so I can do that too. Very thoughtfully design product.

Used daily for WFH call center work, and I have received multiple compliments regarding the clarity of sound from these, including when on a call with a truck driver wearing a headset. Easy to use, effective Bluetooth and USB connectivity, fantastic fit, long lasting and easy charge. Compatible with Zoom, Teams, and Jabber/Finesse systems. This version has a charging base and cord for quick charging, and the base doubles as a case for travel. Just remember to bring the cord during travel because, as the instructions mention, the base itself is not capable of holding a charge. (Think of the base/case as more like the charger for a watch than the charging cases used for ear buds.)

I love this headset! I do wish there were better ear pieces but after finding the right size I haven’t had any issues. I can wear it all day and not have any issues. The changing case is so easy to use and saves me from forgetting to plug it in!

This Yealink headset is so comfortable and clear I often forget I'm wearing it when I step away from my desk in my work-from-home office. It's lightweight, and works great for Microsoft Teams and Google Meet calls. The dangle connection gives a reliable Bluetooth connection. The volume is easily adjustable, and the battery lasts a long time, even though I keep it on the charger when not in use. It goes inside the charging case when I travel, and sits on the case at my desk making charging so easy.

They sounded fine, and it might not bother some people, but I don't like haven't anything inside my ear ... after an hour or two ... nope. my favorite earpiece ever was the Plantronics CS-55 ... but that is for a voip phone only ... I don't like anything in my ear or even 2 speaker head phones squeezing my head together. Me, I need a one piece over my right ear on an ear hook.

I use this every day in my work where I have a lot of meetings. I previously had a Plantronics headset and I really loved it too. But this one is much better in quality and design. The battery life is excellent as well. As mentioned, I'm in meetings virtually all day and using this all day and it sits comfortably on my ear, people hear me great, and it lasts all day long. As a bonus, I like to get up and walk when not on camera and I can essentially go anywhere in my house (at about 3400 sq. feet - 1 story) and it can reach without any problems. So I can get up to go get coffee or water - go to the bathroom during a meeting (ha! not really, but I could!) and it will do the trick. Highly recommend. It's a fantastic product and believe me, I use it enough to know if it didn't work great.

Pros: 1. Long Battery life 2. Light weight and dont even notice you have it on 3. Yes to press mute button and doesnt have a mute delay 4. Volume controls are about as good as it gets. Cons: 1. Doesnt remove all background noise (Using restroom, music, others talking can still be picked up but its not very obvious. So if paired with a software that has noise canceling build in this is a 10/10) 2. Not compatible with all phones systems (Didn't work with Jabber for answering phone calls) 3. Does not have fast charging for headset. (15m of charging doesnt get you multiple hours of talk time charge every night is possible)

This solved my other well known brand connectivity issues, works flawless ! 100% recommended, great for work from home, light comfortable, microphone noise cancellation is amazing.

I'm a taxi driver and tried a few different headsets, this one is superior compared to the cheaper ones. I have this on for 8+ hours and sometimes I forget that it's on as it is very light. I have good feedback from my customers as well, unlike before, they can hear me clear. I was a bit overwhelmed by the price but I can say now that it's worth it. I like the dial style volume adjustment, it's easier than pressing buttons and functions great. I never had a problem with connectivity, very quick to connect to my phone. Battery lasts long.

A proper professional quality headset. Comfortable to wear for hours. Used in office with multiple background conversations going on, and the noise cancellation gets rid of it all . Range great - can stay on calls whilst making coffee in kitchen. Case is designed very well. Perfect for someone who regularly travels to work in multiple offices
