This works great as a mood booster. I take it for a couple of months and then stop, as directed. I dont notice any appetite control but the pill is small and easy to swallow. It is expensive, but it works for me. I love that it is pure.

I love these saffron supplements! I was skeptical at first, thinking, maybe I wouldn’t see a noticeable difference, but when I say they are effective, I mean it.It isn’t like you take it and suddenly your whole life is sunshine and rainbows, but I’ll notice when I don’t take it for a few days - the subtle shift in my outlook. When I do take it, I am just cheerier and the world seems a little bit brighter.I’ve recommended it to several friends and they have similar experiences.
