I bought the Xiaomi TV Box S 4K (3rd Generation) about five months ago, but unfortunately I have been experiencing problems with it almost every day.The device frequently freezes even when I am not running heavy applications. Very often when I try to turn it on, it does not respond to the first press of the remote and I have to hold the button for several seconds. Even after turning on, the device sometimes freezes.Almost every morning I have to unplug the power cable and plug it back in to make it work again.Today I tried to reconnect the remote control hoping it might solve the issue, but now the remote cannot connect to the device at all.Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and I expected much better reliability from this device.

The AI feature works great — it automatically adjusts and recognizes video resolution from Full HD up to 4K. Voice control is responsive, and the system is stable and reliable. Highly recommended.

Very good google tv product. Fast and easy to use. I replaced google tv first gen. If I had to compare i would say that they are very similar but I believe google tv is slightly better. Overall great gadget for the money.

I am writing to report a serious issue with the Xiaomi Android Box I purchased approximately two months ago.From the very beginning, the device was noticeably slow, although it was still functioning. However, the performance continued to deteriorate over time. Now, it does not properly power on at all. The only way to get it to start is by unplugging the adapter and plugging it back in. Even then, it turns on for a few minutes but becomes completely unresponsive.The menu does not work, it does not navigate, and in most cases it does not fully boot up. At this point, the device is entirely unusable.I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase, as the product has not functioned properly since the beginning and has now completely failed after only a short period of use.I kindly request that you review this issue and process a return and refund for this defective device as soon as possible.Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your prompt response.

It’s very bad and Device is not certified , I think Xiaomi Store give us a fake device, and not many apps stopped working same as Netflix.Now give me my money back .

Ich habe die Xiaomi TV Box S 3rd Gen im Einsatz und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden.Die Einrichtung geht schnell und unkompliziert über Google TV. Danach läuft das System flüssig und übersichtlich, Apps starten zügig und das Navigieren durch Menüs funktioniert ohne Verzögerung.Die Bildqualität in 4K UHD ist sehr gut, besonders in Kombination mit Dolby Vision. Auch der Ton mit Dolby Atmos wirkt klar und raumfüllend, sofern das angeschlossene Setup das unterstützt.Durch WiFi 6 ist das Streaming stabil, selbst bei höheren Auflösungen und längeren Streams. Auch größere Apps laufen ohne Probleme.Die kompakte Bauweise ist praktisch, da die Box kaum Platz braucht und sich gut hinter dem Fernseher verstecken lässt.Fazit: Sehr leistungsstarke und schnelle Streaming-Box mit guter Bild- und Tonqualität – klare Empfehlung für Smart-TV-Upgrade.

Very good tv box. Reliable!

It's a little pricey so I took a chance like most people & I was very pleasantly surprised how much I liked it that I'm thinking of getting a 2nd one. Definitely take advantage of he mic "Google voice assistant" on the remote. Believe it or not, it's one of the best feature on a android tv box. You can be watching something else & ask about the weather or ask what's your favorite team's score it pops up fast automatically on the screen in detail. Instead of looking it up on your phone. Good picture, decent display, easy customizing & adding apps with the 28gb is a breeze. Even though it's not top of the line android box. It does a good job streaming unknown apps.. If you don't like something you can change certain things & certain settings around . Ok.. What I don't like is the short wire adapter plug. That's ok, I got a extention cord etc... No batteries for the remote, buy some ahead of time .. I definitely don't like the remote like for the most reasons people here complained about. That's ok.. I got a cheap white onn remote that I paired up to the box (hold home & back arrow at the same time. ). Changing the remote was the best thing for me. It's now more enjoyable way navigating around while talking Advantage of a android box steaming function. I definitely recommend it

Excellent box. High quality videos. No buffering. Remote is a little difficult to use in the dark. Voice input button is a great bonus. No hdmi socket. Have to use wi fi. I have been using the cheaper boxes in the past. This one is well worth the extra cost, the difference is really noticable. Only disappointment is the lack of UK mains plug.
