Love these!
Love these protein shakes when I’m unable to get my protein in on busy days, having 50g protein per bottle. Taste is really good too and bestest tasting to a milkshake. If you need to up your protein I’d highly recommend these as a meal replacement.

It's not low calorie!
Low calorie, it is not. If you're buying this as 50g of protein as a premade drink then be aware that it comes with a hefty 312 calories. That's 8 points on weightwatchers. Nothing in the specification explains this. As a meal replacement possibly. 1 star for failing to be honest about the calories, claiming it's low calorie when it isn't.

Audience out on taste.....
Pro's: - easy to finish the bottle. - good consistencey - easy to drink Cons - funny taste, but when you down it then its not too bad. It not horrible, but not exactly yummy either. I'm just using it as a protein compliment to help mitigate the weight I lost. One a day with my balanced diet and exercise. I recommend it because getting a pritein shake right is not easy, especially the consistency. Effectiveness? Tell you in a couple of weeks. Solid 4 stars.
