Bellcon Leather Insoles run big and are very thick, can't use them in the shoes needed, but can repurpose for boots or big shoes. They pads run very large.

Sized wrong or labeled incorrectly
The insoles arrived promptly and looked like the picture. I ordered the size that is supposed to fit women's size 6-6.5. What I received actually fit women's size 8 or men's size 6. After contacting the company, I was told that I received the correct size and I could cut it to fit, but they do not have a template. I was also told that there was a smaller size they could send me at no charge. I responded that I would rather have the smaller size as I really didn't want to cut them. After about two weeks, I contacted the company again to try to find out when I could expect the smaller size. After a week with no response, I will now have to return them. They are probably a good product if you get the correct size, but if you get the wrong size, don't waste your time trying to work with the company, just return them right away. That is what I will now have to do.Update: The company refunded half of the price and offered to send the smallest size for free. After using the "free" code, I still had to pay $.18, which was fine. I am waiting for the smaller size to arrive. I am hopeful they will fit, but based on the previous order, I will probably have to cut the new ones to fit. The company did their best to make me satisfied, and I am hopeful that I will be happy with the new order. If the new pair fits, I will change to 5 stars.
