California Sun Deluxe Weighted Soft Spa Pillow Cushion (Pacific Blue)

Bought this to use with my hot tub with no head rest built in, at first I didn’t like it, was too bulky for the neck and not comfortable, I ended up taking a 4’” diameter piece of pvc pipe I had on hand with the head rest on a flat floor placed the pvc in the middle where you neck goes then weighing down with a cement block, left it for 2 days and now has a permanent curve where your neck goes and works great. Obviously the designer of this had no clue what they were doing.

This pillow fit my needs as best it could given the shape of my spa. I would give it 5 stars but for one thing. There is a small hole in the bottom corner of the pillow. I did not realize this until I had taken it out of the spa while I did some maintenance on it. I hung the pillow over a chair and soon noticed a slow drip coming from the pillow. My only concern with that is, what is happening now inside the pillow?? Mold? Rot? Nothing? Is it putting nasties into the spa water? I just don't know. I want to seal the hole but don't know what product to use. Besides, I'm not 100% sure where the hole is. So, my recommendation to you would be buy it. Use it. Enjoy it. Just take it out of the water as soon as you are done with it. I probably should have done that. After all, it works perfectly as a spa pillow. Very comfortable and fits the contour of my neck perfectly.

This head rest is amazing, the foam quality reminds me of Texas Rec (trc) swim foam products that cost hundreds of dollars, two years in its still like new, i like the weight on the back and it for the most part stays in place very well; at least with in all reasonable expectation for a foam head rest that is not attached, works great even as a seat if you like. Just dont store it in a squished or weird position as it may wrinkle and try to retain that shape. hope this review helps ill buy it again. :).

Have a similar pillow for many years works fine pillow part floats so sometime it floats up and the weight on the outside pulls it off. maybe some weight on the pillow end would stop this.anyway this pillow works great for us.

So comfortable. Love using these in my hot tub! Great quality! This is my second set of pillows…first set mildewed because the last time they were used, someone put them in storage without drying them first.Highly recommend buying!

Very stiff & hard , if you don’t hold on to it when you raise up slides off to floor, not worth $$

This pillow is very confy. There is a chemical odor but I use it in the Spa and Pool or on the lounge chaise so I don't notice it much. I am very happy with my purchase.
