The first one I bought was a fake. I didn’t realize it was a knock off. So I paid more and found the name brand and bought it. I’m so glad I did. This has been so handy to have and I totally recommend it.

Broke after a few uses :(
Was working great ,,until the needle fell off ! ... i cant ask a product question ..so hopefully they see this and reach out Loved it until it broke :(

Convenient and easy to use.
Found it convenient and easy to use. As my wife has become older she has trouble with her clothing setting correctly. We have used decorative pens in the past but found this item to fit that bill. The only small draw back is remembering to remove the tags before disrobing. For our needs it is a plus plus.
