I’ve owned Samsungs since 2006/2007. I’ve always enjoyed the quality and more recently the user interface (UI). I recently sold my 55” 2013 model year for this one because I hated the UI and had been using an Apple TV to stream movies and shows. I disliked the remote and the UI of the Apple TV. Coming from a 2013 model to this, I see the difference in brightness and quality of the picture. The UI has more bells and whistles than my 2022 model that I no longer have. I had no trouble connecting my apps, it took little time with use of my smartphone and internet (hardwired) was obviously easy. I suspect wireless would also be seamless. The screen is good but does get some glare but mainly because of where I have to place it. Overall, worth the money as I suspect I’ll get years on the TV. Hope I didn’t just jinx myself.

A great buy. I've purchased 3 - 65", 55" and 43" all NEO QLEDs. Picture quality is outstanding. Colors pop off the screen. Viewing sports, movies, etc unbelievable great. You can't do wrong if you purchase one. Hope this help in your decision to buy.

This is our second Samsung TV. We love the picture clarity, the many things the screen is able to do, like load pictures and show them, like telling the TV what channel or program you want and have it appear on the screen. You get so much for your money, and the value is very good. They don't call this The Smart Tv for nothing. It is a real pleasure to operate.

Samsung 65-Inch Class Neo QLED 4K QN80F Series, Vision AI, Mini LED Smart TV (2025 Model, 65QN80F) AND the 2-Year Samsung Care+ Device Protection| TV Tier 3. PROS: Amazon did pickup the TV promptly and gave a quick full refund on the TV (only). CONS: Even though explicit directions were given: Amazon Delivery left the TV outside of our locked gate in full view of the neighborhood in the pouring rain (the box was soaked). Had a friend not been visiting, I never would have known the TV was out in front of my house. When I finally opened and tested the Samsung QN80F TV, several of the menu options were grayed out. The resolution on everything was either blotchy, a soft blur, or dark and muddy plus everything had a video game like quality - very fake looking. When I hooked up my blu-ray player, the blu-ray movie also had a dark, muddy soft blur plus the picture (faces) looked stretched out to fit the screen (even though it said it was set on 16:9 widescreen). I own 2 other Samsung TVs and even the cheap one had a better resolution and color than this QN80F TV. The Warranty: 2-Year Samsung Care+ Device Protection| TV Tier 3. DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTEE! This warranty is not serviced by Amazon (Amazon should clearly state this during the purchase that this is a 3rd party Seller and that YOU are responsible for contacting them directly should you want a refund). Amazon's Customer Service told me they would handle my refund and get back to me within 12-24hrs. They never did. When I contacted Amazon's Customer Service again, they told me this was my problem, that I had to contact this 3rd party Warranty Seller to request a refund. (The Warranty Seller NEVER responded to any of mine or Amazon's requests re: a refund). Finally, after 13 days of chaos, I insisted on speaking with an Amazon supervisor, who very kindly and quickly issued me a direct refund from Amazon. So lesson learned: Never buy a TV or any large expensive item from Amazon and trust that it will be delivered safely and responsibly. Never buy a warrantee of any kind through Amazon.

I know everyone has their preferences about TV's but from my personal view I don't think that Samsung can be beat. They come with 504 channels already installed and I am quite sure that no other TV can say that. Fantastic product

This has been a great TV for us. The sound is good and the picture quality is crisp and vibrant. It did take a while to set up through trial and error but we got it done. Be aware that the TV may not recognize some apps you wish to download. I tried to get an app I use frequently for bible study and it would not come up. You will find the standard, popular apps to add though. That is the only drawback is not being able to add an app that I wanted.

Gorgeous. Bought it for gaming and watching movies and sports. Playing some remnant 2 and Expedition 33...the colors are vibrant! Also has HDMI 2.1.
