I bought this to make pistachio gelato for a party - it was a hit! Everyone loved the pistachio gelato. The taste was excellent - just like our trips to Italy. Because American pistachios are brownish, the color of the gelato was a yellow brown, so I added BLUE food coloring and that fixed the color so that it looked like a greenish pistachio color. The color of this paste is very unappetizing, so if serving to a crowd, you will have to remedy that. But the taste is excellent!

I won the blue ribbon at a big local ice cream-making contest for my Pistachio surprise, made with this incredibly good stuff. There are competitors out there but their list of ingredients will include sugar, almonds and artificial flavoring. this one has ground up pistachios, nothing more. Add it to ice cream and toss in some toasted pistachio nuts and you, too can win the blue ribbon.

I’ve only used this to make pistachio butter cream for French Macarons. It’s spreadable, tasty and the wide mouth makes it very easy to add to a measuring cup. The color is not appealing so I added green food coloring.

This is good for someone who doesn't like the added sugar- this one is sugar free pretty much. There are others that are super addictive with the sugar that some people prefer.

The paste is very smooth and very easy to blend. Has a great flavor and great value for the size of container. Would buy this over and over!

I used this to make pistachio ice-cream and it was by far the best I've ever had let alone made, it's expensive but you get what you pay for.

The taste is incredible. I've made pistachio icecream that tastes 10 times better than what you get at an icecream shop. Pure taste.

Make sure you know that this is a paste, not pistachio butter. The only ingredients are pistachios + pistachio oil. No coloring and roasted, so not bright green. Fresh, arrived with seal intact and good through 02/2021. Would repurchase.
