FUJITSU fi-6130Z Duplex Sheet-Fed Document Scanner (Renewed)

When we got this product we had a difficult time getting it loaded and then a part broke. But we contacted the company and they sent out a replacement right away. Also worked with us in getting installed properly so it worked with our software. I was very pleased with the customer support with this purchase and if I needed another scanner would order form this company again. Well worth the price, these are good scanners even when refurbished.

Very disappointed. Received scanner but no instructions included. Cannot set up. Online instructions refer to a disk which was not included and even if it was I don’t have a way to use it

Needed to replace my scanner for work and since this is what i had prior made it an easy set up. Arrived quickly, set up and no issues.

There is a lot of quality in/with this equipment, but without the necessary CD and/ot the owner's manual there is not much you can do with the unit!

No scanning with software supplied with machine just acess to drivers.Machine is OK.

The media could not be loaded. Excellent product. Scanner is very efficient and scans very quickly. I use it for a medical practice and he connects both to my windows computer as well as my electronica medical record system. Support with the seller actually help me set it up on my computers and was very kind and helpful. Really great buy. Definitely reach out to the seller if you have any concerns or issues and they quickly resolve them.

I bought this item as advertised "renewed" true is this item never renewed or even clean? I ended up cleaning it and replacing all the rollers to make it renew as it should be by the seller. Also, the USB cable very poor quality and see an error that I attached in the image. The instruction that was given is very bad and not helpful.

we didn't know what to expect since the price was lower than we had paid for a scanner but is well worth it After using it a few months, one works wonderful the other keeps messing up.
