Fabulous meat
Such a great product at such a great price. Was fresh and inexpensive, cooked up so tastefully. Very tender and was a large size for the price! Very cheap and good product with no hormones!

Great quality. Tastes amazing. I sous vide for perfect texture and doneness. Amazingly tender. It feels like you're eating a filet at a fraction of the price. Outstanding in Cuban sandwiches/quesadillas!

These are just about perfect pieces of pork. Easy to flavor with some creole seasoning and then roast for about 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145*. Meat will be cooked to perfection and will be moist and delicious. Try one, you won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding pork
Very tender really easy to cut to the size that we wanted. Japanese eat a lot of pork and this was very worthy the fat content was just right.
