I bought this cable to connect my TV and media equipment, and it's performed flawlessly from the moment I plugged it in. The build quality is excellent, with a robust braided outer jacket and sturdy connectors that fit securely without feeling loose. Picture quality is exactly as it should be, with a crisp, stable image and no signal dropouts or flickering. It handles high-resolution content effortlessly, and features such as HDR, high refresh rates and eARC work perfectly. Audio is equally impressive, with Dolby Atmos passing through without any issues. At 1 metre, it's an ideal length for keeping cables tidy when connecting equipment that's close together, and the cable remains flexible enough to route neatly behind cabinets without putting strain on the connectors. UGREEN has built a good reputation for reliable accessories, and this cable certainly lives up to it. Overall, it's a high-quality HDMI 2.1 cable that offers excellent performance and great value for money. I'd have no hesitation in buying more of these for the rest of my home entertainment setup.

Having had excellent experiences with several UGreen products in the past, I ordered three of these HDMI cables in a variety of lengths alongside my new television. The cables are exceptionally well made, featuring solid-feeling metal connectors and a durable nylon-wrapped exterior. The cables themselves are a little stiff, but they proved flexible enough to easily route through the conduit down from my wall-mounted television and into my media box. Furthermore, the connectors are fitted with robust rubber strain relief sleeves, which should greatly reduce the chance of fraying or the cables pulling away from the plugs over time. The connectors latched into my television and peripheral devices smoothly and remained securely in place. The lengths of the one-metre and two-metre cables were exactly as expected. I utilized the shorter one-metre cable to connect my soundbar, whilst the longer two-metre cables were used to connect my Blu-ray player and Xbox. Performance across the board has been flawless. The cable pushed Dolby Atmos surround sound to my soundbar without any issues. The cables used for video replication worked equally well, delivering a full 4K resolution at 120 frames per second from my Xbox. Both the console and the Blu-ray player successfully outputted 4K HDR content with total stability and absolutely no image dropouts. These are HDMI 2.1 specification cables, so whilst they are not the absolute cutting-edge HDMI 2.2 standard, they offer more than enough performance to work perfectly with my television.

These appear to be really nicely made cable and at a very keen price - I installed one and it works perfectly... I can't see any visible change (improvement or otherwise) from my previous cable on my monitor screen but this one is well terminated in decent quality plugs. The supply was quick and the product well packed so thank you to the supplier! I have other UGreen products and have found them to be very good.

Wanted a nice short HDMI lead for transmitting SkyQ UHD from my Switching matrix to the TV. Have bought bought UGREEN products before and are fast becoming a trusted brand to me. This lead is no exception, feels very well built and is passing the UHD 2160 video signal and Dolby Digital sound signal without issue, CEC is also working to turn on the TV as the Sky box comes on. Packaged well with specs sheet and a couple of Velcro ties to help keep things neat.

Good price and quality build. Works very well noticed it loads up av very quickly when switching to desired equipment.

I previously got a "slim and thin" HDMI 2.1 cable from UGREEN which worked perfectly, both for direct connection just to a 4K player, and as the main eARC connection to my receiver. I decided to get another cable for the main eARC connection to my receiver so I went for this one that is a bit 'chunkier' and more substantial. I'm not sure really if it's necessary since the "slim and thin" one works just fine for this, but for the main system 'pipe' I decided to go with the thicker one. Possibly the extra thickness is just padding or shielding. The attached pictures show the difference. The end of this one is about twice the size of the "slim and thin" one while the cable is maybe half as thick again. But the end is not too big to be manageable and plugs easily into my receiver and TV with a solid feeling connection with little play. The braided cable is not too stiff either. It worked perfectly as soon as I fired up my system with no delays or image issues. In the packaging the cable came in a re-sealable pack and inside this was fully shrink-wrapped in quite thick plastic. So it was double-packaged basically. This shows good attention to detail. It seems very high quality and well made. I feel confident this cable is going to keep me well connected and future proof for a good while. Highly recommended.

I had trouble with hdmi cable on tv every time pixels on certain channels when you dusted near cable tv went off . So on reviews I purchased this one UGreen perfect fitted in connection nice and firm no problem with tv now price amazing 😻

Goede HDMI-kabel die precies doet wat hij moet doen. Aangesloten en alles werkte direct zonder problemen. Beeld en geluid zijn goed en de kabel voelt degelijk en stevig aan. Verder weinig op aan te merken. Gewoon een goede kabel die betrouwbaar werkt.

The picture shows a braided, aluminium head HDMI cable. IT IS NOT a HDMI cable. It is an old VGA cable (see first part of the title). The description is inaccurate, false and misleading: "Real 8K HDMI certified cable: The HDMI cables pass HDMI 2.1 Certified. The HDMI Cable delivers 10K 8K@60Hz and 4K@240Hz higher resolution, 4 times higher than 4K@60Hz. The advanced technology makes a remarkable improvement in image clarity and sharpness"

Item - UGREEN HDMI 2.1 Cable 5 meter Purchased from - Amazon IE Sold by - UGREEN GROUP LIMITED UK Date of Purchase - 14th July 2025 Cost at time of purchase - €19.12 incl. VAT Review - Needed to run a HDMI lead from my desktop to another screen across the room so picked this item up at a reasonable cost. This cable worked perfectly out of the box even with the length of it. Now I only use it just for using my desktop etc on a bigger TV when needed so I can't comment on the quality of it if you tried for example using it to display high quality videos etc. but I believe it's entirely work a try due to the price and quality of the cable!
