I’ve ordered this product twice before, but I realized I had been using it incorrectly. This time, I finally followed the instructions step by step, and what a difference!I spent about 10 minutes preparing before applying the color, including putting Vaseline around my face and hairline so the dye wouldn’t stain my skin. It worked perfectly—no staining where I didn’t want it.I’m not joking, the color came out wonderful! I did have to apply it twice to get the result I wanted, but I’m extremely happy with how it turned out.Most importantly, this is the first hair-color product I have used that did not cause me any allergic reaction whatsoever. With other products containing ingredients such as PPD and ammonia, I personally experienced extremely severe skin reactions, even to the point where my skin became irritated and started bleeding. With this product, I experienced none of that.For me, that is a huge difference. I’m very happy with the ingredients and, most importantly, with how my skin reacted to the product.My advice from my own experience: take your time, follow every step exactly, prepare your skin properly, and use the product the way the instructions tell you to. When I finally did that, the results were wonderful.
