I started using this supplement to support overall gut health, and I’ve been really pleased with the results. It’s easy to take and gentle on my stomach, and over time I noticed improved digestive comfort and less bloating. The ingredients feel thoughtfully chosen, and it fits well into my daily routine. While supplements can work differently for everyone, this one has been a positive addition for me. I’m happy with the quality and would consider purchasing it again.

I have never written a review for any product but Total Restore gets my approval! I was having diarrhea several times a week and eliminated different types of food, to no avail. I thought I was lactose intolerant. After taking Total Restore, my diarrhea is completely gone! I can now eat spicy foods and dairy products with no problems.

This stuff is such a great reset. It made an obvious difference and quickly. I’ve recommended it to family members who’ve expressed the same results.

But what is worse, and possibly I am an anomaly, it hurt my neck and my shoulders. When I stopped it for 3 days the pain subsided. When I took one more on the 4th day just to be certain (yes, just one) the pain returned. The ingredients are printed way too small, at least on the bottle so I can not determine what is the trigger here. However when I go to the advert on the website , and I am not a Dr., two of the ingredients I KNOW I have never taken before. WORMWOOD (and all you Biblical fans out there might recognize this) plus something called Berberine. Again this is just my hunch, but what is NOT a hunch is the pain I have been in. Even to lift my laptop with my right hand shot pains through my right shoulder. I tried to get my money back, but NOW I AM TOLD they do not accept opened bottles for a refund. Perhaps AMAZON will have better luck in that they are writing an email to the company on my behalf. However, the money is less important than trying to make sure no one else KNOWINGLY tries this, given my circumstances.

I have used Total Restore for a few years. It tends to keep in “gut” in good shape, no extremes. Better that than bouts of diarrhea or constipation.

I bought Gundry MD Total Restore because I wanted to improve my digestion and feel more energetic. I like that it’s natural, contains zinc, has no flavor, and didn’t cause any discomfort. I did notice a little less bloating, but the results are quite mild for the price. It’s not bad I just expected a bit more.

I have food sensitivities with all food with the exception of some meats,lettuce and fish so its extremely limited.My negative reactions are edema and constipation yes my body robs me of the ability to have bathroom functions.The daily goal was try to avoid food and to make my body work using lasix and cleanse more which is a hit or miss and my weight fluctuated on a daily basis and extremely hard to deal with.So I had been using the lectin blockers and they also worked great until my body said nope no way.Being determined to stay on top or submit and eat very little and drop weight till I look like a bony girl I purchased the total restore.I have a very high metabolism but you would never know because of the allergies they would keep me at a steady 135 pounds and no matter how much or how little I ate stayed there.The first eight days I dropped to 126 pounds and stays there it was funny because I was not going to the bathroom either and I drink a lot of water.Then my body took over because I was not abstaining from foods I have issues with.I drank a protein shake and that put me over the edge and my body jumped to 130 pounds over night.Heart broken because I cant find the holy grail for my issue I limit my food again and get back on track. Know the pills keep me at 128.7 and its not bad because my father in law passed a week ago and I have been eating everything I'm not supposed to eat because thats what is available or starve.My food issues effecting my husband and family members and I don't want to be a burden on them anymore so I eat what is available at family functions.So this product keeps my metabolism jacked up which is great and I'm not able to just relieve myself without the use of other pills but going forward I will try to stick to my limited diet and enjoy the benefits this product does offer.Getting ready to order another bottle it will be my second one.For the ladies I am 5'3" and do not wish to carry 135 pounds on my 50 year old body.I have good skin care and most people honestly think I am in my thirties but if I let my allergies take over my legs swell up like bags of water..its terrible and makes me have a negative body image.Prior to this I was a body builder who has fallen from her throne.I order this on my husbands account he has prime and I get it quickly.
