Got the LifePro Waver specifically for arthritis in my knees and to help reduce inflammation. I’ve only been using it about a week, so I can’t speak to long-term changes yet. Setup was quick and the controls are simple. I use the lowest speed setting for 10-15 min per day, standing. It’s low-impact and doesn’t aggravate my knees like other exercise does. I feel less stiff afterward, which is a win. Build quality seems solid. Happy with it so far — will update after a month. 4 stars for now since it’s still new to me. #lifepro

I bought the Waver Vibration Plate to add some variety to my exercise. I typically walk and lift light weights but this item is fun to use and I can tell it is helping with my balance and legs and core. It is easy to set up and use. Well worth the money.

I love this. I research because it helps with lymph drainage. You can do it at home after work and it relieves stress and tension

My husband uses it three days a week when he lifts weights. I find 15 minutes after a workout and I don't have sore muscles the next day. Using it mostly to build bone mass.

Have just started using the Wave vibration plate. So far I'm very pleased with it. We'll just have to see how it goes from now on.
