(4.5) Great product overall. I've used their competitors before in the past and this one is pretty close! I have read on other reviews that this compound is sticky, I thought that was odd. However it is sticky and a bit difficult to spread on your body compared to the others. It also has an interesting smell, it reminds me of a dentist office (smells like fluoride). It's just weird, it doesn't bother me much but it's interesting. Otherwise the product works as described once it is applied. I wear with a belt sometimes to help swear even more and the combo works perfectly. It's a very good product, if I could change one thing it's that it would be a larger size for the price.

Although this smells wonderful, it wasn't may favorite. It never truly heated up, and i never got the burn/tingle that I enjoy. It's very think and spreads well, but it felt like a lot of wasted product. I did sweat a fair amount, but I was also wearing a waist trainer. I probably won't buy again.

This product was worth the buy, awesome!! I used it to work out, and I dont normally sweat much. I applied the product before working out and I put a belly wrap on. I was dripping sweat and felt like my workout was 100% effective. I will keep using this product to sweat out all of this belly fat!

I bought this product and first, the instructions are confused, on the paper it tells you to use something on top of the abdominal area but on the container it tells you no, ok, I tried it both ways and I got my clothes very grease with no results even with a little bit of diet. totally useless. don't buy it.

It made me sweat like crazy! I got better results with it when I used it with a workout belly wrap and it was great, I was dripping sweat. Love this product and how is helping me lose my belly fat!

I loved this cream because it did not itch and did not leave any redness like some others do. Its smells great, so refreshing and minty! Im glad I tried this one out!
