TeraGanix TCM Premium Bokashi Bran, Compost Accelerator, 5 lb Rice Bran Mix

This is the only bokashi bran I've ever tried--because it is so effective. Everything ferments just as it is supposed to; my bin doesn't smell, it forms a nice white mold at the top, just as it's supposed to. After leaving it to ferment for 2 weeks, I bury it or toss it into a raised bed and cover it with soil, and in 2-4 weeks my scraps are fully composted and ready for transplants. I'm thoroughly impressed. I can't wait until fall to see how effective it is at turning old leaves into compost when mixed with bokashid scraps. With this bran, a little goes a long way! For me, a light coating of bokashi over the top of my scraps is enough to keep smells at bay and yield a product that is ready for composting.

I used it to process my food scraps and collect liquid fertilizer—it worked great.

This bran seems to work better compared to others for me. Ferments seem somewhat faster and more “thorough” for lack of a better term. A little goes a long way.Bran has little to no smell, and the end product smells like it should.I did have 1 bag that started to mold over around 1/2 way through the bag. It appeared to be bokashi mold though. I continued to use the brand, and while it was more chunky, it worked very well.

This product works great! Very easy to use but HUGE FYI- Do NOT leave bag in shed! It gets hard and moldy:( they really need to put this on the bag of instructions! Ruined half my bag:(

This is a great product! TeraGanix is legit! I am familiar with Professor Dr. Teruo Higa and his work with Effective Microorganisms. I'm so glad this product is available here on Amazon! I have multiple compost bins going on at home. I have a Hot compost bin, a worm bin, a compost tea brewer and now a bokashi compost. This stuff has a nice sweet smell and I feel like it's already at work in my compost. I've spread it in all of the bins and throughout the garden! Thank you for the great product!
