Is it high enough resolution to display Chinese characters?

I am sorry to tell you it is unvailable for Chinese Characters. We have other signs with Chinese characters, please contact seller for more details.

Hi I bought this item it does not store info once it over 5 mins when off once you turn it on it goes back to default settings. Is there any way to i?

Press [RUN] button after you complete editing, then type in "Y" to store it. Then it displays stored info once you turn it on.

Does this hook up to a computer to program ???

Of course it is can be hook up to a computer to program. You would better downlowd the program from the flash drive, which is included in the parcel, then install it on your computer. Sometimes it is stocked by anti-virus softwares, you need to type into software to allow the installment, it is safe and trusted. You also could operate it with remote control, point it to top-left corner if you feel like it is not sensetive enough, there is a light-sensor on that point.

Sign was absolute garbage

Was hoping for what I paid that it would be a good product. It first arrived with no power supply as advertised. Once I jumped through all the sellers hoops a power supply was sent. I power the sign up and it ran for a minute and died. The seller refuses to refund my purchase price and wants me to send additional video of the sign. Its a dead sign. I am not certain how many videos of a powerless sign one needs. It appears as if I fell for the seller trying to run the clock out on the amount of time allowed for a return. In the return details it stated it would be denied if the item is not received in operable condition. Amazon a to z guarantee was no help at all. Buyer beware.
