Did not notice any difference even after 3 months, same healthy diet same exercise, this was the change and not noticed anything, unlike for example other supplement like biotin I notice after a month. Good size to take with glass of water

The difference for me is massive. I used to get up at least twice in the night, I rarely get up to use the toilet in the night now. I ocasionally have a slight leak day or night, no more having to plan going out around toilets or wearing very absorbant pads, a pant liner is more than adequate . Can go hours without having to find a toilet. Mine was not pelvic floor issues so depending on why have bladder incontinence, this could be very useful. Also significantly cheaper than the brand leader.

My daughter’s hairdresser told her to take these along with iron tablets because her hair was falling out. I told her mine was too and I ordered them and guess what my hair has stopped falling out.

I seldom write reviews but I want to share that these tablets definitely seem to be effective. I’ve left it a few weeks to ensure it isn’t just coincidence but I’m now confident the improvement is linked. It took a week to ten days to notice any changes but since then I can affirm I’m going to the loo less often, on occasion only once during the night. Previously at best it was every 2 hours, at worst every 45 minutes. As urge incontinence is my issue I also notice I have longer to get to the loo. I hope they work for you, they have for me.

Got these for an aged relative. The jury is still out as to how effective they are, although they’ve been taken for several weeks (6). Overall bladder control is slightly better but not remarkable. Another person may find them better, or it may be after six months things improve more.

Es práctico, dado que yo tomo las pepitas de calabaza a granel en bolsa de plástico 2 pequeños puñados por la mañana con un vaso de agua en ayunas que es lo mejor para la reducción y orinar mejor de la próstata, aparte que la pepita de calabaza reduce el PSA de la próstata. Ahora con esto nuevo que tomo me es más cómodo y es una cápsula, lo tomo igual que antes con las pepitas a granel, en ayunas y con un buen vaso de agua y hace el mismo efecto.
