CLEAN Supplement w/Positive Benefits
Very PURE supplement. No extremely nasty fillers or chemical compounds which is hard to find today on the market. I feel as though it's helping slightly with my energy levels, with Mag. Malate being the key. I take one every morning on an empty stomach with a probiotic and 24oz of water. Then a Mag. Glycinate at night to encourage sleep. The combination of these two Magnesium's have encouraged more regular bathroom visits for me when consistently taken (do not exceed 400mg-500mg or severe laxative effects can take place). It is a larger pill but I have not had issues with swallowing- as I can have with others. Yes, a bit more costly than similar types but this brand focuses on main ingredients. Will buy again! Impressed with the company's quality and transparency.

Finally Found a Magnesium That Works Without Side Effects
I started taking this magnesium because I was dealing with frequent leg cramps, especially at night, and it has made a huge difference for me. Since using this brand consistently, my cramps have almost completely disappeared and my muscles feel much more relaxed. Another thing I really appreciate is that it does not upset my stomach or cause diarrhea like other magnesium supplements I tried before. After testing several brands, this is the only one that has worked well for me without uncomfortable side effects.

Purchased this item at the recommendation of my PCP to help alleviate my Charlie Horses in my legs. Take 3 tabs an hour or so before bedtime, and it solved that issue.

It's easy to take one pill a day.
I sometimes get cramps in my calves while sleeping, so I eat before bed. Personally, I think it's effective. I am satisfied with the product and delivery.
