These electrolyte packets are the BEST!!! My husband uses them for working out in the heat, to keep hydrated and not over heat. Him and his friends also use them while hunting, to keep cool but not just drink water. My kids love all the flavors and I use these alot for when they play sports & I'm snacj mom!!! I make cooler of water bottles and include a packet in the kids snack bag!!!! And FYI: awesomeness for hangovers ass week and SUGAR FREE!!! Highly recommended
