Why does the curling iron sometimes tangle my hair?

The iron has an anti-tangle design, but we recommend inserting 1-inch sections fully into the slot each time. Using larger sections may cause tangles.

Why does my hair appear burn/damaged?

The curler uses a dual-heating system that delivers more heat than traditional curlers. lf you are not sure about your right temp, we recommend starting with a low temp and gradually increase it to find the suitable setting for your hair type.

Love it ! So I ordered 2 wavers before and had to return them cause were making my hair smoky and smelly. I wanted to achieve a wavy on my hair and thought I would use this curler and brush them and let me tell you : perfect ! Machine heat up fast, easy to use. Works well on my long hair. Ich benutze seit vielen Jahren entweder Lockenstab oder Haarglätter. Aber das Gerät ist wirklich der Knaller. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten habe ich bei meinen langen Haaren wunderschöne Locken drin. Und dass man die Locken-Richtung mit jeder Haarsträhne verändern kann, trägt auch dazu bei, dass die Frisur hinterher unterschiedlich fällt. Echt gute Investition und extrem einfach in der Anwendung
