Great flavor but horribly clumpy, able to use about 1/2 of the bottle. The rest stuck to the bottom. No, I did not refrigerate it.

This comes out chunky, smells and tasted bad. I am trashing the bottle! This stuff use to be awesome. NOT anymore.

Doesn't seem to harden. 2 local stores only carry chocolate fudge. That one hardens on ice cream. Both can get messy.

Run under hot water.
This has a tendency to get clumpy and thick. It helps when you ready the directions. It says to run under hot water and shake periodically. It worked!

Wasn’t the right consistency
Shook the bottle very hard and had to stir the contents with a utensil and even after all of that, product still wasn’t the correct consistency. At first, a white substance came out of the bottle. Not a lot of product in the bottle once we finally got it all mixed up. Not worth the money. Tasted ok but probably need a bigger bottle that can be mixed properly.
