Yeah, they'll work but you don't really need D rings to be so big. You can install smaller ones for the safety chains

It says it will fit a 2023 Rogue! Where?

Okay first I believe you need to buy a shackle mount kit. Basically a few bolts and a mounting plate of sorts to attach to the front or back of the frame of your Nissan Rogue. So unless it has on tucked under there already you'll have to get a kit and then you can put a shackle on. Do your research before you buy or waste your time. Also don't buy Chinese, buy U.S. made products. Hope this helps.
