Ok, so there are pros and cons to this brush. The size of the barrel is just what I wanted, it does dry my hair nicely and make it very shiny. I have fairly wavy hair and like to straighten it with a round brush and blow dryer. But the plastic handle is hard to hold. Wish it had a better grip and some cushion. Not really the brush's or sellers fault, I knew it was plastic when I bought it and just thought it would be fine because the brush had everything else I wanted. But it's hard to hold. If this brush had a rubber or squishy handle I'd easily give it 5 stars. If that doesn't bother you, then this is a great brush.

I just cut my hair and my hairdresser was using a big barrel I asked why and she said it would relax the curls more.I purchased because of the ionic technology. I didn't feel static on the hair and it dried a lot faster.Nice shine as well

Took away one star because the bristles catch my hair, and are stiffer than what I am used to. Make sure you don't have tangles. This brush is good for blow drying your hair quickly. It is not good for brushing out tangles.
