I bought this when I discovered the internal scaffold I’d hired to paint a difficult to reach 4.2m high wall off some stairs didn’t fit the stairwell. I have to say I wish I’d considered this first after wasting a load of cash on the hiring of the scaffold. It’s superb quality, has a tight screw fix head that’s adjustable and unlike other poles barely flexes. With a bit of patience I made quick work of the wall and attached a paint pad to take care of the edging. Absolute lifesaver of a product, might be a little heave for some but I guess that’s the price you pay for a robust product that does the job rather than cheaper poles. Highly recommended, been using it for other stuff like dusting my vaulted ceiling and window cleaning too. Don’t hesitate considering this it’s top notch gear!

lighweight and easy to use, bought attachments separately to paint outside of house. I fully extended so I didnt have to use a ladder as well for painting a bungalow, only problem is flexing at full extension so have to be careful when putting pressure against walls - is sturdy when not fully extended for less height jobs

Ordered this to clean my upstairs windows with a screw-on squeegee attachment and it works really well. Easy to extend and rigid too. First time and I've already done a better job than the window cleaner... We've also used it with a net to retrieve footballs from the neighbour's garden and attached a GoPro to it!

Very useful for attaching a variety of hooks and brushes to get to those 'out-of-reach' places. I use it for putting up Christmas lights outside, clearing gutters and roof valleys and washing windows. It is a very useful tool to have around.

Purchased for the attachment options such as rope hook, broom, deck brush. One tool does all for my truck. Custom strap thrower ! Metal thread end. Rigid. Easy operation.

Radio hams and Scanner users are possibly missing a trick here. Why pay top dollar money for a mast when a Docpole will do the job just as well ? Using one of these as a mast does work and a cheaper alternative to get the metal higher up. This mast extends to 3.5 meters. The picture shows it using a HYS Amateur Dual-Band 17 inch Antenna (also sold here on amazon). Works alright for picking up signals. The antenna is just using brackets mounted to a wooden mounting on the shed. No planning issues either as its mounted to a shed. not the house. I may even move it higher over time but right now, its working a treat. wobbles only a little in the wind but the antenna isnt heavy or a large resistance to the wind.

Summer 2022 Photos show the DocaPole 7m version. It was the only one long enough and stiff enough for the job of removing moss off a cedar shingle roof, if and only IF it was not fully extended. As rain gutter to apex was around five and half m, reckoned on x0.8 of each telescopic section thus needed the 7 m pole. But such long pole is heavy and cumbersome. Thus for the middle distance bought the 3.5m version of the pole. But it arrived deeply dented on the outer section thus could not extend. Among the various poles used, (bought another 6m in 3 sections subsequent to the photos attached) I like the DocaPole only when one is needed for very long distance, i.e. working towarks apex of the roof. Part of the cumbersome was due to the section locks. These are of a lever type and as you can see, the levers are the length of a scrapper head and the levers couldn't be pushed closer to the pole than about 45 degrees to lock each section. Even when fully relaxed, the locks were so tight that it required much muscle effort to pull out the sections. Anyway for working at the middle distance, found the Harris 3m pole to be a good alternative. This Harris one also didn't have the lever locks to get in the way although the pole prooved to flex more owing to lak of longitudinal ridges to stiffen it. The old adage - use the right tool for the job. Telescopic Poles 2025 Update Must have used 15 different branded telescopic poles to scratch (gaps between the cedar shingles on the roof) scrape, brush and finally spray with moss killer onto the shingles in the last dozen years. At the further extension (the apex of the roof) it was the DocaPole 7m (2022 model) which performed the best because it was the stiffest. That’s because each section of the pole had longitudinal ridges to make it stiffer than just plain cylindrical aluminium. That was the reason to buy some more – to replace the Bayersan 3 section 6m model for example. However DocaPole short changed me. Sections 2 to 5 of the 7m model for 2025 no longer have the longitudinal ridges (the reason for buying it again as well as 3.5m pole again); they now only have an indent channel to stop the sections twisting. The twisting was never a bother as once locked, the sections no longer twisted while in use. Had DocaPole updated their photos on the Amazon web page I wouldn’t have bother buying it again. As it is, (1) it arrived dented and (2) the “New Dual-Tip Equipment: Straight metal tip will stand up to any task, while attachable multi-angle tip” was lost before it arrived. So much for the policy of not using boxes to send products to customers; it only had the thin transparent plastic bag upon arrival, not even bubble wrap to protect it. The multi-angle tip must have escaped through the hole in the thin transparent bag. Now have to send it back causing more environmental impact than a box would have. As for the 3.5m 2025 model, this still had longitudinal ridges along all 3 sections of this pole but it arrived with fault on the brush head. Yes I would recommend the 3.5m pole but only if new model still have the ridges. Incidentally this 3.5m was bought in a kit with the brush which came inside a cardboard box although no bubble wrap was used to protect the pole. This was worth getting because at the middle distance it’s much easier to use due to its much lighter weight compared to the 7m. By The Way :- Some users have reported bending and flexing. Hate to tell them that it is down to pure physics (& physical ability). The longer is the pole the heavier it will be no matter what material it is made out of. If it is made to be really stiff, it wold be impossible to work with it for any length of time due to the weight. I can attest to that as I have used perhaps more than half a dozen brands with various tools fitted. 2nd piece of news for them is that I found Doca Pole to flex less some of the others. Those users would find it surprising that I say I prefer a bit of flexing. That is because inevitably, during the brushing operations, sometimes the brush or the locking levers get caught on something. If the pole didn't flex it would cause more hurt to my arms and shoulders, and worse, it may break. My suggestion to users is to work with the flex and you would only be able to do that with some user experience. Next suggestion is that, if you need to apply strength to the pole, do it with a down stroke and pull towards your body. Also some of the stubborn pieces of moss could be dislodge by pulling the pole side to side. Through bad experience of moss accumulation I find it best to brush the room every one to two years apart and each year takes me a few weeks to do the job for whole house and garage. To save my arms and shoulders some physical effort, I use shorter and therefore lighter, extension poles for short to middle distance. If you are removing moss off the roof, long dry spells in the summer is the best time for the job as the moss is less able to cling on as compared to wet seasons.

I can only get to my large conservatory gutters from 2 sides and with home made devices was always unable to reach the last couple of feet.Problem now solved with this fantastic equipment ! Well built,real quality and sturdy and fastening devices superb so doesnt come apart when meeting any resistance. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

When I was searching for extension poles to use for painting high, hard to reach areas a lot of the ones showing up had a plastic tip which reviewers said would break off once they started using them. I'm really glad I picked the Docapole as it had a sturdy metal tip for connecting paint rollers and other attachments. It even comes with its own adapter that lets you angle your attachments as well as a duster. The pole once extended is stable but at the same time light so your arms don't get weary after using it for a while. The locking tabs or thumb clasps are very handy for extending the pole. I did notice that some of them would loosen but I believe I just have to adjust the tension screws on them to fix this. I'm very happy with this extension pole as it allowed me to paint a high ceiling without having to go up a really high ladder.

This is a very sturdy, versatile, well-made, and Light-weight extension pole. It does exactly what I wanted. The locks are easy to use and the poles' ribbed surface adds significantly to its rigidity without adding additional bulk. The package also included a very useful plastic swivel attachment and a surprise bonus "feather duster" head attachment for ceiling cobwebs, etc. The pole was also delivered in just three days, well ahead of the estimated delivery date. One recommendation: the extension segments - which were very stiff right out of the box - are much easier to adjust with the addition of a little lubricant. I rubbed the poles with a dab of Dupont Teflon Dry Wax lubricant. Now they slide very easily but still lock tightly in place. My only disappointment is the adjustable steel rake head ordered at the same time is not due to be shipped for another two months. I hope it comes as possible.
