Affordable and tasty creatine powder in strawberry lemonade flavor. I purchased this for myself and my son (19 yo). We like the benefits you get from adding creatine to your daily routine. He takes it more for adding strength and endurance to his workouts and to help with recovery/muscle building. I take it more for the added energy and cognitive benefits. It mixes well in water, but I do recommend using a shaker bottle or an electric frother/stir to blend well. *I find if you put the powder in water then add the ice it dissolves betterI bought creatine before but I didn’t like the grainy taste to it but this specific one with the multivitamin dissolves really well. I tried the plain one and it wasn’t my favorite, I have been able to drink this everyday with no problems and it tastes good enough that I want another cup after a long day. I feel really good after drinking this, and I’ve been taking it consistently for the past week, I bought this two years ago and my previous experience with the plain “flavor” just expired because I couldn’t get myself to drink it

Easy to take, good flavor. Mixes up quite good, can take at gym as it has Bcaas for hydration.

Great. Little on the sweet side. But use extra water and you be fine.

So far I am very happy with the Optimum Nutrition Creatine Enhanced 3-in-1 Formula. I've been blending 2 tsps. powder to 16 oz of cold water every day for 2 weeks. I love the flavor! The strawberry peach is not too sweet or overpowering. It has not upset my stomach and I haven't had any water retention or temporary weight gain which can both be side effects of creatine consumption.I also think it's a good value compared to others I researched. I will continue with this product because at 60, I'm fighting against age-related muscle loss, working to boost my bone density, and improve cognitive function.

I bought this because I didn't want to do an unflavored creatine, and liked the idea that this also offered the addition of vitamins B, C, D, potassium, magnesium and electrolytes. The strawberry peach smells great... While the taste isn't necessarily bad, (it's almost more tropical fruit than strawberry/peach🤷) but it IS strong. I found that I blow past the recommended 12-16oz of water and water it down even more. I've actually started using 1 scoop of this and one scoop of unflavored creatine to make the flavor a little less intense. It does lose me a little with the aftertaste... If you grew up in the 80s/90s, the aftertaste is giving Crystal Light, which I don't particularly love, but it's to be expected with all workout drinks/supplements that don't use sugar to improve taste

It taste good, gets the job done and has a low cost per serving but it doesn’t mix very well even sticking it in a mini blender it still at the bottom has that grit of unmixed powder

The cheapest creatine I could find but it's completely better than expected. The flavor tastes like peach gummy candy. Easy to mix into cold water as well.

Great flavour so the typical yucky creatine taste is hidden by the great peach taste.I've been taking creatine off and on for years from raw to more processed and flavoured. This is one of the best. Please understand that your stomach must get used to it and may be a bit upset at first.
