Excellent sound and mic - long cord- great value
Update: After 3-4 years this headset has worked great daily but due to all the twisting it now has wire exposed. Still 5 stars. Still the best cheap headset out there . Buying another one now After looking at the logitech similar headsets I went with this Sennheiser brand for the quality and having the earpiece on the RIGHT side is great. I use this when working from home and I can hear everyone and the mic is perfect. No problems, no static and no feedback. I just plugged it into my USB port and it installed and worked in less than a minute. Very lightweight and it has a long cord with a mute button on the cord. I would say if you want a great headset on the right side ear, get this one.

Amazing
I needed a comfort headpiece I started working at home and the logistics orig ones were to tight on the ears, when I came across this product EPOS and the reviews I decided to buy and I tell u they were true the comfort the mic quality and block out noise it so good and I like one ear to be free the connectivity the fit and it's durable, light and so not disappointed at all glad I made the choice I love this. The clarity is superb.

Solid value for the price
I bought this headset specifically for use with Skype/Lync calls, as it's designed to be ideal for. Everything worked as expected, and the sound quality was remarkably good for the cost. The inline remote functions well for both volume and call control. It's nearly flawless for use in a quiet office. I like the one-ear design which is more comfortable for long-term wearing and less isolating. The true test was when I needed to work from a Starbucks for a few hours before a meeting I had at a remote office. The quality was good enough for me to speak with customers, and they could hear clearly without excessive background noise. I had to keep myself muted when not talking, and when they used the blender, I often needed to repeat myself, but still pretty good considering the environment. The only thing I would have liked is if the headset could be a bit louder for me to hear over the surroundings. Other headsets I have supply a bit more volume. Still, a solid value for the price. Nice to get some equipment from one of the classic pro audio brands.

Just magically works
PROS: * Plugs in and just works without any special drivers. * Works with WebEx, GoToMeeting, Skype, etc * Mute button is in-line, so it works in any app rather than being a programmed hotkey for a specific app. * Volume control is standard PC volume up and down. * Frequency response is good enough for music, games, etc as well. * Can still hear people around me if they need to get my attention. * Very lightweight. CONS: * I should have gotten the ML60 version for stereo. This works for any audio source and shows up as a sound device. It does not isolate sound, so it's probably better to get the 260 model if you are in a loud callcenter. If you want it for serious audiophiles or 3d sound, then you want the 660 with bigger earcups. However, those are going to be heavier.

For me: Good sound, bad control placement
So close to what I wanted, but I am disappointed. The Good: The sound is great both on the speaker and what people tell me they hear on on the mic. The headset part also lightweight. The Bad: The headset adjustment is a bit awkward - it only extends on the speaker side, so when fully extended to fit my big head I have a long flat run in the band that doesn't leave it balanced. But my real problem with this headset is the inline volume control. First of all, its huge compared to what you would encounter with modern headphones so it weighs the cord down and it hangs at an awkward length along the cord from the headset. It won't rest on my desk. It slides off and will get the cord caught under the arm of my chair. It needs about another foot of slack and I could just fix it to my desk with a command strip and all would be well. But if I did that with this length, my neck would be arched and it would be like I am on a leash. I may try clipping it to my shirt at the inline control so that the weight doesn't pull the cord down.

Very, very, very, very, comfortable Downgraded to Didn't pass the smash test Upgrade to 1st headline
This is the most comfortable headset I've worn in the entire sixteen years I've worked from home. I can eat and drink with it on in between incoming calls without being aware of it. At shift end first day wearing it I forgot I still had it on. Can you imagine that? Forgot! I was like wha-- I had originally planned to stash it away in my (also Amazon purchase) Songmics Faux Leather Folding Storage Ottoman Cube within easy reach of my work space as secondary to one I received first, a few weeks ago, client ACD Direct now mandating USB computer headsets, exclusively, in lieu of telephone headsets, but on first day's use of this Sennheiser SC 30 USB headset, I changed my mind in favor of the 'second born' of the two, in spite of both being of exceptionally high quality in communication. Update: Downgraded from 5 to 4 stars since my initial post. Working from home in an apartment building I suspect to have TATs (abbreviation for term I made up for Traffickers Against Taxation) I pack the headset away into a padlockable storage cube before going outdoors in order to guard against defective trade by seeming minions of corrupt (post-1970, mad pleurisy/zombie researching) lady doctors who seemingly don't want anyone (e.g., WAHA, i.e., Work At Home Agent) witnessing duffle bags or the non-degradable like securable bags. being placed in garbage cans/dumpsters during daylight hours and/or seeming stalking, body clean-freak, homeless entering designated apartments for showers/naps/meals . The over stuffing seems to have eventually caused the otherwise perfect mouthpiece to swing loosely instead of staying in place. I know -- no fair reviewing for other than normal wear and tear, but just saying to warn others against like product abuse. If you love this one, then handle with TLC., as it doesn't seem to hold up to abuse. Now I, personally, have to buy another one. Update 2: Oops, badmouthed wrong headset. That was my Agptek HA0071 telephone headset I use for my LiveOps client that didn't hold up to abuse, not the wonderful, wonderful Sennheiser SC 30 USB headset. Making full use of my Amazon video prime membership in between WAHA calls, I've never, ever padlocked the Sennheiser SC 30 USB headset. That is, the Sennheiser SC 30 USB headset is still excellent after all this this time.

So good I bought one again!
My original Sennheiser headset's cord was run over so many times by my chair wheels that it was almost shredded...but it still worked! So before they changed or discontinued it, I decided to get another one (and figure out how to keep the cord off the floor for this one). As far as the headset itself, it has a single earpiece and allows for either right-hand or left-hand wearing of it. This is allows me to listen to music or other people around me while on a conference call and for the days with hours of meetings, allows me to periodically switch ears. I've never had a complaint from others about my sound quality and the incoming audio has always been great. The inline controls are upside down in my view (lower volume is closest to the headset which seems upside down to me) but this appears to be the industry standard orientation. I'm currently using the headset with Microsoft Teams and the inline controls work just fine with Teams. I've got another double sided headset with noise cancelling pads for work in our open concept (noisy) office, but the Sennheiser is by far my preferred choice.

Lackluster/tinny microphone, constant frequency noises from speaker, mic picks up ambient noise
There is an odd frequency noise perpetually coming out of the speaker, I can't have that in my ear without going insane. The sound quality is otherwise decent. The microphone has a tinny quality to it, however I was more disappointed at how loudly I could hear my own mouse clicks (it claims to have noise canceling). I would expect a headset like this to go for $15 at the most, but I paid twice that. Very poor quality overall, stay away from this.
