I'm not a religious person but found this book useful to open my eyes to what life's journey includes...great definition of the rat race as being 'buying things you don't need to impress people you don't like with money you don't have'...I've realised that material things have their place in my life but not as important as I used to think...glad I figured that out years/decades (?) before I'm on my death bed...
