Good replacement
Size is right on point for og ps5, does not work for slim or pro. Quiet operation and seems to run at variable speeds depending on demand. Install just a panel pop and a few torx screws.

Great quality fan!
Very nice replacement fan. I’m going to test it at the end of March. My sister is getting my 2020 big boy PlayStation so I’m installing this new fan and giving it to her. She will likely keep both fans anyway. There are 23 fins on this one compared to the 17 that come on the original fan. I keep my PlayStation fairly clean and take it apart to dust it off every couple months. If you’re looking for a decent replacement fan, this may be the way to go. I also may remove the Liquid Metal and apply a fresh application. My ps5 is coming up on 5 years in November. Works amazing still.
