It fits well and is comfortable with the extender that came with it. I wish the "power supply" was a bit more robust, needed recharging after one use ( 2 or 3 heat cycles of 30 min each). I do have one that is more robust and it does work with the belt, although it is very snug in the pocket with the usb connector. The messager is very effective as well, but I use it sparingly. I have arthritis in the spine & a pinched nerve down my leg. I cannot use most pain relievers, so this is a treasure! It is very easy to use & definitely relieves the pain. I would recommend it to family and friends and purchase again if ever needed a new one!

****IF YOU BUY THIS: first thing, use rubber electrical tape or light-duty duct tape to reinforce the thin power cable where it connects to the USB-A male adapter that inserts into the USB-A female port of the power bank you are using. Otherwise the cable will surely fray and possibly even break completely during normal use, making the belt's powered functions unusable. Reinforcing it right away will extend the belt's usefulness by months, likely years. This is a recurring issue with light-duty electronic devices sold on Amazon. Careful proactive attention to weak spots like this saves time, avoids waste, and reduces the need for warranty actions. UPDATE 2025-08-23 The ALLJOY belt with a 10k mAh power bank sold elsewhere on Amazon is still a good option, but I've decided that this COMFYTEMP model with a 5k mAh power bank included is the best option, as long as you are willing to invest in the new generation of small form-factor, GaN-chip managed10k power banks that fit in this unit's smaller-size pocket. (The pocket's small size is not the deal-breaker I initially thought, after all!) Two of these power banks allow all-day coverage without worry. The extra ~USD $50 investment is well worth it for my peace of mind! The included 5k power bank can be used for other things or given away to someone, so it is not simply something to be dropped in a drawer and forgotten about. I've discovered that the holding down of the two control buttons to turn the heat & vibration features on and off has a hidden undocumented benefit: they turn the attached power bank on and off without needing to press the bank's own power button first. Since the bank's button can be very hard to reach while the bank is in the belt pocket, this makes the belt much simpler and easier to use. ORIGINAL REVIEW (edited for content) Ever since I learned that I fractured my spine, I've been searching for a massage/heating belt that is wireless, can run while charging, heats effectively, runs quietly, doesn't break down or fall apart quickly, fits well & the straps retain their stickability, has effective elastic sizing straps, and has a properly situated pocket that can securely hold a larger 10k mAh power bank. Admittedly, that's a very long wish list! Fortunately, out of the many such devices currently offered on Amazon (all manufactured in China), at least two remain in the running: the ALLJOY brand device powered by an included removable 10k mAh power bank, situated in a pocket on the belt; and the COMFYTEMP brand with a 5k power bank. With another 10k power bank or perhaps two purchased separately on Amazon, I can keep either running all day. Time will tell if they prove durable; I've purchased an Asurion plan just in case. Based on the criteria listed above, the unit under review comes pretty close to meeting all my needs, but still misses out in some key respects. The heat is good, but the fit and loudness are a bit below the ALLJOY model. The two control buttons are not very responsive; they need to be held down for a couple of seconds to get them working. I thought for awhile the belt might be DOA. (This may however be a feature rather than a bug, since the belt has no lock setting to prevent accidental changes.) Both run while charging, a big plus allowing tethered function at locations like home or in the car while the batteries charge. The deal-breaking problem is that the COMFYTEMP's pocket is too small to accommodate a larger form-factor 10k battery. I find that 5k batteries fit well, but last too short a time with these belts. I would have to keep 4 of them charged up and on hand to keep the belt running. I much prefer having just 2 x10k power banks on hand as I can with the ALLJOY belt. So this COMFYTEMP model is good, but I can do better with the ALLJOY for not much more money.

Best $40 I’ve ever spent in my life!! I am not a heating pad chick. Never had or wanted one but I hurt my back and was told I needed to get one. This thing feeeeels amazing!! I’m a basketball mom so sitting on bleachers for hours and hours has been hard on my back. Y’all. I charge my heating pad up and walk around with it in gyms, in the car, outside, wherever!! Then I can charge it up in the car w/my phone charger to keep it charged ALL day. It also works for just being cold. In a cold gym, turn on the heat feature. I am loving it!! 2 of my fellow basketball moms order one for themselves just because! Con: (and not really a con) the heat feels soooo good at the highest level but I have worn this thing so much until I have burned my skin 😩🥴. It doesn’t feel like it’s burning, just feels good and hot and I am wearing it with a shirt, never on bare skin. So I have learned to not have the heat so high and to rotate it so that the heat is heating different parts of my back. The burn is irritating and itchy! If you are comparing heating pads just go ahead and purchase this one.

It works amazing on keep my back loose. On high it gets almost to hot but when working out side it helps keep you warm. The vibration is a bit noisy but helps alot. The battery lasts alot longer when I don't use the vibration. I can go almost all day just using just the heater. I have worn a back brace for many yrs and when I still need extra support I just ware it over top as long as I turn it on before putting on my back brace.

Money down the drain. First impression, seems nice, but I often use a heating pad in bed and with no way to secure the power bank, it was constantly slipping out if I changed positions. The cord to plug into the power bank is often very flimsy. Fast forward to using it off and on for a couple weeks and the dang thing will ONLY turn on if it’s plugged into the USB-C cord, which defeats the entire purpose of a cordless heating pad. It says the power bank is fully charged, but the devices isn’t recognizing it without being plugged into the wall. The vibration is also at a really bad frequency that isn’t super relaxing and the sound makes my husband very uncomfortable. Waste of money.
