I started hydrating more this summer to keep the energy and activities going. I add several tablets to a gallon of water and a pack of lemonade. I filled water bottles. Keep them in the fridge. Put them in a ice chest. Take them with me everywhere I go.. Thanks!!!

Love using these after workouts. The tablets dissolve quickly. Since using them I no longer suffer from muscle cramps that I was experiencing from water loss through workouts.

not bad price but i used more tavlets than recomended as i like a stronger flavor. they are pretty tasty once you figure out how many your taste preference is.

I'm on a keto diet so I use this twice a day and it works great! Just pop a tab in glass with 8-10 oz water, great subtle flavor, no sugar! Absolutely LOVE the packaging! No messing with pouches or scoops! One sleeve has 10 tablets, so just plop it in my bag and I go about my day, not worrying the pouch will tear or open (has happened with other sticks!). Simple. Love it. Can't wait until they have other flavors, but I'll keep drinking this one indefinitely.

While I appreciated the portability and novelty inherent to the tablet design, the time the tablets took to dissolve quickly became a non-starter for me. Most people in need of electrolytes have a sense of urgency and, as such, they really don't want to wait approximately 5 minutes for the table to dissolve fully. That said, stevia as a sweetener was a huge plus strictly from a health standpoint, although I found the taste to be quite muted. Bottom line, this product has promising ingredients but needs a rework in terms of delivery mechanism; I would be happy to retry this product if the canisters were slightly enlarged to house perforated packets instead of tablets.

I love these! Doing a keto protocol intend to get leg cramps and these have prevented that that even more so I love the flavor of the lemon lime! I drop one tablet in a cup of hot water a couple times a day and it is a yummy warm drink. I'm sure it's good cold as well but I don't enjoy cold drinks. I've been doing a sugar-free protocol long enough that the sweetness of this is perfect and no aftertaste for me.

I bought the tablets. Lemon lime. These dissolved quickly and have a mild taste. I bought them because they don’t have a high sodium content (salt sensitive) but the bonus is that they are sugar free. I think I’m going to love this.

This convenient tablet-form electrolyte supplement is easy to dose: simply drop a tablet in a water bottle and shake. The flavor is reasonably good and not overly salty. I think it helped me stay hydrated and replace minerals during my last bout with the flu. I have a couple of concerns: I’m not a fan of the stevia sweetener due to its aftertaste, and the lack of product origin disclosure is concerning.
