Even though I returned my MSI Claw 8 AI, this case fit perfectly and didn't obstruct the fans. Kept the device just as cool as if you didn't have it on.

Fit my claw 8 perfect fine very snug fit. The kick stand works as intended without issues.

Perfect cover for expensive device

At the time I'm writing this review (6/11/25), none of the reviews for the case are from verified purchases.All of the positive reviews are from people who received the product for free ("Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product"), so take them with a grain of salt.I bought this case for my Claw 8 AI+, because there really aren't a lot of options available for it.It does provide some protection from bumps and scratches for the rear of the unit (except the middle where it has a cutout for the MSI logo). The kickstand works fine, but it is made out of thin plastic, so I doubt it'll last very long.The worst part of the protector case is in the front near the LB/RB buttons; the TPU there is very thin and doesn't fit right, so you end up with a very slight gap between the plastic and the case (see picture) if you just tap it gently (see pic).For $20, you obviously can't expect perfection, but at least it's better than nothing.

I was looking for a case that would add some grip and basic protection, and this one exceeded my expectations.First, let's talk about the fit. I had seen some mixed reviews, but my unit fits absolutely perfectly. It's snug, secure, and all the cutouts are aligned. It feels native, like it belongs to the Claw 8ai+. My Claw just feels "right" with this case on.The case is made of a quality TPU that feels soft to the touch but firm enough to inspire confidence. While it's not a heavy-duty case for high drops, it's more than enough to protect against scuffs and minor impacts.The real game-changer is the ergonomics. The Claw is so much more comfortable to hold with this case on. The added texture provides a fantastic grip. The kickstand is a nice bonus and works well, but the improved feel is the main reason I love this case. For the price, it’s an incredible value and a nice upgrade.

Please do not buy this product. It doesn’t fit the Claw well. The material feels very cheap. Based on how it fits, it most likely will not protect your device. This is an extremely bad product. I would not even give it one star but I had to because it is the lowest score I could give.

The case is soft to the touch but Firm enough to provide some protection, definitely worth the money for what it is and a the kickstand is a really nice touch.
