Defective Product & Disappointing Customer Support
I purchased these boAt Airdopes from Amazon, expecting a new and properly functioning product. Unfortunately, the product delivered to me was defective—one of the earbuds is not working at all. When I contacted Amazon for a replacement, I was informed that Amazon cannot replace the product and that I have to personally visit a boAt service centre to get the defective product checked/replaced. This is extremely disappointing because I purchased the product through Amazon, and I expected Amazon to take responsibility for delivering a defective product. Instead of providing a convenient replacement, I am being asked to visit a service centre and deal with the manufacturer myself. I was also made to understand that I should have checked the applicable policies before purchasing. As a customer, this experience has seriously affected my trust in buying anything from Amazon. My suggestion to new buyers: If possible, consider purchasing such products from a physical boAt store or another authorised physical retailer, where you can verify the product is working before leaving the store. Very disappointed with both the defective delivery and the replacement experience.

I have been using the boAt Airdopes Plus 311 and am quite satisfied with the overall experience. The sound quality is good for everyday listening, whether it is music, YouTube videos, or calls. The earbuds are comfortable to use for extended periods and the connection has been reliable. The battery backup is one of the best features. I don't have to keep charging them frequently, which makes them very convenient for daily use. The fast-charging feature is also useful when I need a quick charge before heading out.
