I have had bad right heel pain, I mean really bad and I have bought so many foot inserts from here and my local store ..I went to my foot doctor and had paid good money for "foot made expensive insoles" etc ... And it really didn't give me any relief... 😢 I wanted to try these to see if it would help with the pain or at least some of the pain until my heel gets better. I have to honestly say, it has helped tremendously ... I still have pain however it's minor compared to what it was . I would say it went from 100%+ pain to about 40% pain now. I wear just the right one for now in my house shoe, my tenny shoes, etc ... It has been a true help bc now I can at least walk and it made my heel feel so much better while it heals which has taken a long time to do since I hadn't had any relief in about 8 months. I am going to buy more of these so I can just leave them in my other shoes. If you don't buy these, you're missing out on pain relief. They are sturdy and I didn't think they would fit my heel bc it's swollen and large to begin with but... They fit great and they haven't broken down and you won't regret buying them. My podiatrist influenced me to purchase these inserts due to ankle pain/injury after hiking. I now own several pairs as they are THAT good - and necessary!! My feet/heels really feel it when I don’t wear the inserts (sandals) so they have become a permanent must!! The inserts are made well. They do not collapse or flatten out. They cushion and absorb shock very well. They are easy to wash and dry quickly. If there was one thing….I’d like them in black in order to camouflage a bit better in my shoes. Honestly though, they work so well I don’t really care what color they are or if they show - I’m wearing them!! These are a win!

We’ve been trying a few different heel inserts to help manage my child’s Sever’s condition, including Heel Seats by Heel That Pain, Tuli’s, and gel socks. My child is very active in sports—especially baseball—so finding something that provides real comfort and support is really important for us.Unfortunately, none of these options provided significant relief. While all three had decent reviews, we didn’t find them as effective as we had hoped. Of the three, my child preferred the Heel That Pain inserts the most—they offered the best comfort comparatively—but even those weren’t a game changer.We understand Sever’s isn’t something that resolves overnight, but we were hoping for a bit more support or relief from these products. At this point, we’re considering a consultation with a podiatrist to explore better long-term solutions.I puppies were better quality and had more relief than the other two but my child considered these second in the picking list.

Doesn’t quite relieve my heel pain

I’ve been using Tuli’s Heavy Duty Heel Cups for a few months now, and they’ve made a noticeable difference in managing my plantar fasciitis. These Tuli heel cups allowed immediate relief to my heels. I say heels, because you must wear both, in order to have equilibrium in your step. I only have one heel that gives me grief(a tiny area the size of a pin-top on my left ankle) but with your feet, you need to have each foot the same height. Thus, you must wear both. The cushioning is wonderful. I bought a REGULAR and I wear a 9.5 wide shoe. I wore them in my tennis shoes, yesterday, and for the first time, no excruciating pain during grocery shopping. They are thick, which helps the pressure on the heel. I think they may poke out at the top of some of my flats, but the rubber is thin at the sides and top, and can be easily trimmed down. At this point, I know that the bottom cushion is what provides the relief, so I’m willing to adjust whatever needs to be adjusted. Unlike some have reported, the inserts do not slide or move around. They do make my feet go a little deeper into the front of the shoe, but not enough to hurt my toes. Now, I buy wide toe box shoes, so that may be the reason I do not have problems. I do not wear tight-fitting or narrow-toe shoes. I want to be able to walk if I make to my 80s/90s!!! I’m determined to take care of my feet everyday with calf exercises, wearing toe stretchers at night, and magnesium foot soaks. I have no pain, except for a tiny pin-top-sized area on the back of my left ankle. It’s’ amazing how something so tiny can cause so much pain!! I’m sure a trip to the ortho is in order and I will go. But, for immediate relief, these fit the ticket. Tuli’s are the most wearable and functional heel cushions that I have ever purchased. I’ll stick with this brand, and continue to do leg and foot exercises daily. I hope they work for you, too.

Replaced rigid ones and they work great. Using in heel of shoe that wore to point I would get blisters but these heels cups take care of the issue. Happy with purchase

A co worker told me about these. I could not wait for relief from my heel spur. After a day I was not in pain any longer when I put this in my sneakers. I am in the medical field so Iam in my feet a lot. They work.
