Extreme to Whom?
Perhaps the WWE should consider retiring the concept of Extreme Rules or let something on a show titled Extreme Rules actually be “extreme.” There was nothing particularly extreme on this card, unless you are a little kid or something. People falling off cages through tables is something older fans have seen time and time again and it is not extreme to have Alexa DDT Nia on a chair, which was probably the highlight of the only Extreme Rules match on the card.I will praise the main event Iron Man Match between Rollins and Ambrose and I am almost convinced that AJ Styles could wrestle a Venus Flytrap and made it interesting at this point as he wrestled Rusev in a highly entertaining match. But finding two standouts in three and a half hours of blah does not make a good PPV.Parents don’t be scared off by the title, there is absolutely nothing extreme or overly violent than usual on Extreme Rules 2018.
