I recently purchased the Network Rack Screws and Clip Nuts and have mixed feelings about the product. While they are good for the price, there are some drawbacks to consider.The clips that come with the product can be a bit difficult to get over the rails, which can be frustrating when trying to set up the rack. Additionally, the screws that come with the kit aren't of the highest quality and tend to strip easily.Despite these drawbacks, I do believe that the Network Rack Screws and Clip Nuts are a good value for the price. They are affordable and get the job done, making them a great option for those on a budget or who don't need top-of-the-line equipment.If you're looking for a set of rack screws and clip nuts that will get the job done at an affordable price, then these are a decent choice. Just be prepared to deal with some minor inconveniences and to exercise caution when working with the screws to prevent them from stripping.

mounts in the rack slots just fine and hold patch panels and switches etc. securely in place

Installing the clips was a bit tricky since my rack has 10-32 holes instead of the square spaces on a typical rack. Because the clip has a stop, the holes would not align, and the screws would go in properly. In an overall good value for your money.

Solid screws and clip nuts. Racked a bunch of heavy equipment and they worked perfectly in all instances. Highly recommended.

Nice but had some rust on them

Perfect for what I needed in my 14u rack.. The heads of the screws were widee enough to fit securely over all of my equipment but not enough to interfere with the screw heads right next to each other. Will definitely be getting more in the future as I need them.

Very fast delivery and easy to use.

I would rate these a 5 since they are perfectly fine in construction, black to match my rack and have a washer built in.However, they lack a single feature: a smooth tapered tip to make screwing in flawless. Unfortunately I read an article on the topic by some kind of IT snob with enough experience to know what perfection is, but too late for me.I went through most of two packs of 50 on a 9U rack because I replaced a lot of chrome or otherwise unsuitable nuts that came with the installed equipment.I also highly recommend a plier type installation tool for the nuts. ( Deluxe Cage Nut Insertion/Extraction Tool )

The finish of the screws with the inbuilt 45 deg bevel and the rear thin washers looks very nice, however, when fitted in the rack side by side the screws foul each other badly so one screw will go in all the way and the other with sit on top of the adjacent screw rather than tightening down on the equipment.Obviously, mine are now marked after screwing them in so cannot return.

M5 cage nuts that fit well, not too stiff to fit or remove, comes with a fitting tool.

Perfect items and of excellent quality..delivery was super super fast..ive havnt ordered anything from amazon in a number of years because of very slow delivery but this was amazing ordered sat aft and came sunday morn..great product lets hope amazon take over ebay now..many thanks StarTech.
