They DO ship fast. I ordered this cup twice. Both times it arrived several days prior to expected date.The person behind making those mugs, you can tell - they care.I ordered last December, and that mug design I didn't like. The one with sea and beach. Felt wrong, not the way I customized it on the page (which is a great page btw, customization preview before placing order is awesome). I used both pics selfies, so the quality of image was not great.But i liked the quality of mug a lot. I got 15 oz black mug. This cup can handle dishwasher with no problem (speaking of experience). The image feels built in the mug. I don't know what this technology is, but it sure feels like factory. Means feels good and professional. The handle of the mug is big and comfortable to hold, you can easily stick all 4 fingers in that handle, the feel of glazing on ceramics is smooth and silky. The mug sits pleasantly heavy in your hand. The shape of mug is satisfying, black color makes coffee with milk look delicious inside. Very ergonomic cup. Delicious!So I attributed the fact that I didn't like the pictures on mug much - to my own fault.Now, this time I was experienced. I ordered another mug for my mother in law. The one with baby face. She was returning home (different country) before the earliest arrival date of the cup, but I had good experience with this seller before, so I took a risk.I took screenshots of both sides of the mug on customization stage, before i clicked "add to cart", and sent a message to seller to customize in this precise manner.The response from them was quick and efficient: the mug was customized the way I wanted. They needed approval before making it.And - attention! I took full day to discover that email, because having a newborn is no joke. I approved and I STILL got my mug 3 days earlier than promised. Of course I live in a huge urban area, that affects too, but man! This seller IS super quick.My mother loved the mug so much, she forbade anyone from touching it, lol. I was only allowed to take pics for this review.Bottom line, mug is awesome, will make a great gift, take screens of your design, and you will have a great experience.

The coffee is exceptionally nice; however, the print was of poor quality. Customer Service asked for feedback but never acknowledged my dissatisfaction in the product.I’ve used other companies for making personalized mugs and never had issues with picture quality. Photo was taken the same way for this project so the excuse of the picture used was poor can be ruled out.**Edit***Customer Service has since reached out and made every attempt to make things right. They assured me this was a one-off incident and gave multiple options to right their mistake. With that being said, I did change my rating based on customer service.

The mug is medium quality, not thick heavy ceramic. I took some time to get the picture centered into the frame. The white part of the picture was a blue tint when I was putting it onto the order frame. This is only to help you see where you are placing your picture. The process of submitting the photo was easy to learn and do. My picture had lettering and the letters turned out a little narrower on the mug than on the picture, but that's okay. The picture is on the mug perfectly and the colors are exactly like the picture I submitted.

Like most people, I ordered a custom printed mug to give as a gift. I was most concerned about how the background of the picture would look on surface of the mug. My picture had a black background with white text and I wanted the background of the picture to match the color of the mug. In other words, I wanted it to look like only the text had been printed on the mug, and the black background of the picture to be imperceptible from the mug itself.I am happy to say that the mug looks great! The attached picture does a pretty good job of showing that the white text really pops on the black mug. I was genuinely impressed with how good my image looked. I will not hesitate to order more gift mugs in the future.

The first try on a personalized mug was a disappointment that could not be used as the intended gift, probably due to the poor customization tool. My picture was not printed the way I submitted it. I had zoomed and rotated my photo in the customization tool to crop it to exactly what I wanted to show as there were details on the edge I didn't want to include. I naturally expected it to be produced to look like what was shown...otherwise what's the point of the tool? But nope. The whole thing was printed, and it was slightly crooked, either because I rotated it or because it just wasn't applied quite straight.The seller was very quick to respond and concerned about making things right. They refunded me and asked that I try again. The second time, I cropped my photo BEFORE uploading, which seemed to help, but I still had to rotate it a bit to get the image straight in the tool window. So I think my central image is straight in the end result, but the edges of the photo are still about 1/16" off level; fortunately it hardly shows. The proportions are still a little different from what the customization tool showed (it showed the picture in a square-ish window, but it came out as an upright rectangle). I'd recommend making sure your photo is already prepared with the exact size, shape, crop, and rotation that you need before submitting rather than relying on the customization tool.Other than that, the printing itself looks decent, and it was packaged really well for shipping.

I like this product a lot. I had no issues with the set up process and the pictures came out exactly as I wanted them to. The picture quality was okay. I'm not mad at it but it could have been done better. One picture is a little blurry and the other picture bleeds a little on the corner. This was a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loved it but did notice the iffy quality of the photos. He still loves it though.
