I love my SummitFIT exercise sliders and mini bands set! The colors are awesome! These are very high quality and really versatile to use at home, in the gym, or traveling and comes with a nice carry bag. There are a ton of different exercises to do with the sliders and mini bands. It's really nice having 5 different resistance band levels and the core sliders are great for abs, shoulders, and lower body movements. I highly recommend!

Loved how quickly it arrived! Amazon said back in stock on 1/8 but it arrived on 1/5. Loved how it was packaged and how it comes as a set. So nice to have for traveling! The bands appear to be a great quality and the higher resistance ones are nice and thick. Compared to the previous brand I was using, it does help with rolling quite a bit. The sliders are also a nice size. I have an average size hand for a female and they fit great! The customer service also is A++! I’ve ordered the booty bands also!

This product has definitely lived up to the positive reviews. The bands and sliders pack well in a travel size pouch, so are easy to take anywhere. Taking the resistance bands to my work-out class is great because I can easily tell which resistance color I need for different circuits. Not only are they easy to use at my regular circuit training class, but they are great to take anywhere. I am constantly on the move, so this has been great to throw in my travel bag and take wherever I am off to next to keep up on my workouts. I highly recommend this travel friendly, great quality, results driven kit!

I have been looking for core sliders to help with more intense core workouts and these ones did not disappoint! They glide amazingly well, and the bands are great quality - no rolling! I love that they come with and fit easily back into a bag so I can throw them all into my purse and have them any time I head to the gym or have them contained at home. Would highly recommend to everyone!

I love having sliders and bands for home workouts and also when I go to the gym I cannot find these pieces of equipment! They are high quality and the colors are beautiful and vibrant! I love how they come in a nice carrying case and the bands are marked very clearly for their resistance. The sliders are wonderful for ab exercises like mountain climbers and pikes but also they can be used for lunges! I love them!

So far they havent torn. Ive used Light, medium and heavy thus far. If uts wrapped against my clothes it doesnt roll but on bare skin it does. Kinda annoying but not a total deal breaker. The sliders are great but I can only use them at home on my wooden floors. They are not as great at the gym. I couldn't tell you what kinda floor they have. But guess it isnt smooth enough. One or both continuously slip from under my foot(feet)

These are NOT worth the money. Even the X-Heavy one has way too little resistance if you want to do squats, side lunges, or side steps. The only way I could get them close to having enough resistance was to layer them which is very inconvenient.The sliders also don't work on carpet which is the whole point. I would never use these on hardwood or tile as it may scratch.Save yourself the time and money and don't buy these.

I’d highly recommend them to anyone given how diversely they can be used!
