I’ve been using this MEDTECH 2-in-1 vaporizer and steam inhaler regularly, and it’s a surprisingly versatile little device. Received the product today and it is not working and not even power is getting on

This vaporizer is excellent for relieving cold and cough symptoms. It heats up quickly, produces consistent steam, and is very easy to use and clean. The build feels sturdy and durable, and it works silently without any disturbance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for effective home steam therapy.

Not too noisy, comfortable to use 360rs money build quality is average I hope it's going to be beneficial for us.

Electrically unsafe metod of water heating and steaming is used in this product, not recommended for domestic use. The lid comes with two seperate rods hidden with multiholed cover connected with outlet wire for power supply. The bottom main and water holding vessel is plain and no electric heating element. Water is heated by passing current directly through water in between rods. With power on, any water spilling or draining will cause severe electric shock. With mineral / RO water, less current only pass and hence less heating and poor steaming came for me. With tap water based on salt content very fast heating and severe steaming and heavy power consumption occured in my case. For me it took more than 1500 watts causing 6amps MCB mains tripping. It is safer to go for steamer with heating element in the main bottom vessel to be filled with water and wires coming from the bottom eventhough little costlier, little more time taking for steaming but usable with any water, elctrically safe , limited and specified power consumption

Ease of use. The device is very compact and the steaming is good. Does not heat up the entire device and can easily be held in hand.
