If you use tomato paste, then you know how frustrating it is to open a small can but then not use the entire thing. It normally ends up sitting in your fridge and then getting tossed unless you find something to do with the rest. This paste comes in a convenient toothpaste type tube that allows you to measure out exactly what you need and save the rest. This particular product is from Italy and provides a great intense tomato flavor. We've used it for several things including stews, sauces and for roasting beef bones to make stock. Great product.
