what is the shelf life once you open it?

I’ve had mine in the fridge for a couple months but the pearls are getting progressively smaller.

I don't have the package anymore. But in the information for the listing is says balsamic pearls. And don't waste your money. I was not impressed.

What size are the pearls?

The pearls measure approximately 5mm in diameter (1/4 inch or so). In the accompanying video we used an average size blueberry fir reference. (Also, please remember that the liquid the pearls are packed in is the same balsamic vinegar as what is coming Raines within the pearls and can be used the same as any balsamic vinegar.)
