I received this in the mail in just 2 days because I have Amazon Prime that I love and this product was packaged nicely and came with extra size barrel so I can change sizes of the curl I want and instructions. This am I turned it on and chose the settings I wanted I chose Hi heat and the middle time to hold the curl in the iron and alternating from left to right and started using it. My hair is about halfway down my back and thick. I started on the left and kept the side that says toward head well toward my head and started curling small sections at a time there was once or twice that I put too much hair in the iron and it did not tangle up inside it actually beeped like they said and it released my hair with no problem it took me about 10 mins to curl left side then I noticed I was going to be late for work so I took it to work to do the right side. I was actually able to do the right side without a mirror lol. This iron is very easy to use and the curls are amazing I have had so many coworkers to compliment on my hair this am the first time to ever use this iron and I love it. I haven’t tried changing the barrels out for bigger curls yet so can’t say how hard or easy it is to change it out but so far I am in love with my new curling iron and recommend it to everyone.

Well, I was unsure about how this was going to work. So I watched a couple of videos and set out to try it. To my amazement it was the easiest thing to master! It does what it says it will do! It has two different sizes for curls. The attachment is easy to change put. Once you choose your settings and it quickly reaches it temperature, off you go!! I worried about my hair getting tangled in it, and it did once, but it came untangled real easy and I just made sure I had the right amount of hair and that it was combed and it worked just fine. It actually will quit and beep at you if it does not wind the hair properly. You can tell quickly there is something wrong. It comes with a glove, but didn’t have to use it. If you make sure to have the correct side facing your head it is doesn’t burn you. I thought it might be bulky and hard to handle, and it wasn’t. Curling my hair went quick and it has held 3 days now and I have received several compliments today at work. It’s hot here and monsoons are here, so humidity is up and I was outside under misters most of the day on Saturday, and still have the curls. So this product is well worth the money and I recommend purchasing the case for it for storage. It comes separately.

Purchased on a whim after debating whether or not the cost would would finally deliver the "lasting/perfect" curls I hoped for and ended up being shocked/surprised/thrilled/ecstatic with the results. My hair is medium length (Just below the shoulders) and fine. My daughter's is fine and long ( middle of her back). We've tried various irons and methods to get a curl that is not only beautiful but one that can last through the day without going limp after an hour or using massive amounts of hair spray. Our search finally ended the moment we discovered and decided to invest in this product. It was simple and extremely fast to learn how to operate. It produced and exceeded the results desired when used as directed. There were a few minor hiccups when it was used for the first time but nothing that prevented us from using it again and the results just keep getting better. It gives a genuine curl that is not only beautiful/perfect but one that is long lasting. The results received more compliments than I could count and resulted in multiple decisions from friends to purchase it based off the results seen when I've used it. Hands down this is the BEST curling investment you'll ever make!!!!

This COULD be good for someone with thin and straight hair. I have thick, tangle-prone hair, like my daughter, who I purchased this item for. I followed instructions and tried doing her hair (as she’s 13 and still learning). The first 2 curls went smooth and came out beautiful. The third? maybe I used too thick of a piece of hair but the hair got tangeled in the barrel and there is no safety mechanism and her hair started smoking and I tried to quickly untangle the hair and got most of it out (hair FRIED at this point) and the rest I had to CUT out before I caught her hair on fire. Sent that baby right back and bought a Beachwaver that works wonders and is much safer and easier to use(and costs double) but at least my kid still has hair! I would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone with thick OR tangle-prone (dry,damaged, chemically treated) hair. And DEFINITELY not for anyone under 18 that isn’t experienced with hair tools. I hope you have a better experience than we did. Just remember if you do choose to purchase and use this item, only use a small amount of hair in case you have to do like I did and CUT the hair to prevent a FIRE! Good luck!
