Das SUNLU PLA+ Filament überzeugt durch seine gute Qualität und Maßhaltigkeit. Mit 1,75 mm Durchmesser und einer Toleranz von ±0,02 mm läuft es gleichmäßig durch den Extruder und sorgt für saubere Drucke ohne Verstopfungen. Die Druckergebnisse sind stabil und belastbar – deutlich robuster als normales PLA. Die Oberflächen wirken glatt, die Schichten haften zuverlässig und auch bei größeren Projekten bleibt die Qualität konstant. Besonders positiv ist die saubere Wicklung der Spule, wodurch es keine Knoten oder Verhedderungen gibt. Die Verarbeitung ist insgesamt sehr zuverlässig, und das Material lässt sich leicht handhaben. Auch Anfänger kommen gut damit zurecht, während erfahrene Nutzer die höhere Belastbarkeit schätzen. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Wie bei allen PLA-Filamenten sollte man es trocken lagern, da Feuchtigkeit die Druckqualität beeinträchtigen kann. I've been mostly using this colour to print out Heroquest furniture, because it has a similar chocolatey colour to the original. Doesn't seem to handle overhang as well as the other PLA+ I've used (Creality PLA+ Black) as you can see from my Benchy boat test, but I was able to get a better result with some temp adjustments. I recommend a 205⁰ nozzle to reduce overhang and a 60⁰ heated plate to prevent base-warping. I ran my first few prints on 45⁰ plate, as is standard with my generic PLA preset on my printer but minor warping occured. 60⁰ held the base firmly in place.

This PLA+ came in the brown package and not the usual white with green/teal on the sides. The filament itself even though sealed in a vaccum had some dust to it and ontop of that it wasnt winded up on the spool very well, making it hard to believe this is a genuine Sunlu Filament. It wasnt an all bad filament. It printed well with a couple small artifacts and this adds to the feeling this might have been produced elsewhere. Even the smell while printing was diffrent from any Sunlu we encountered. + Printed well at 210*/60* - Had a couple artifacts in the print - Color wasnt 100% right - Smell from fumes - Bad winding to spool - Not the premium I paid for.
